The hotel is very close to KLIA2 International Airport and it very convenience. The hotel itself connected to the KLIA2 via a comfortable walkway. Just few minutes away walking distance. The room was spacious and comfort. Try to book the Double Room and you will amaze it. You can easily go to Kuala Lumpur from this hotel either by Bus, KLIA Express or Taxi, just go to the KLIA2 Airport Terminal and your getaway to KL is there. Overall i really like this hotel and definitely stay here again if i do transit in Kuala Lumpur in the near future.

This hotel is in a very convenient location if flying in or out of klia2. Even somewhat convenient for KLIA because access to the train is just inside the airport. The airport is a three minute walk on a covered walkway. The staff is very friendly. It was quick checking in and out. The design is very modern and I think it looks pretty cool.TThere's even flight information in the lobby! It's brand new so the convenience store was not open yet but klia2 is actually a mall. Everything you would need is inside the airport! Restaurants, clothing, gadgets you don't need... There's even a grocery store! I know the airport/mall isn't really part of the hotel, but because the hotel is actually connected by the covered walkway I think it's noteworthy. It definitely adds to the value of the hotel. The hotel is still a budget hotel, but the modern design and convenient location along with the staff and cleanliness make Tune at klia2 a perfect stay the night before flying out or if flying in late.

Another great nights stay”
Always stay here if I need a stopover hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The service is friendly and personable, the room smallish but with a very comfortable bed and a great clean modern compact bathroom. TV reception and wifi reception both good. Drinks/snacks in the lobby very reasonably priced and love the inner courtyard with it's lounges and umbrellas for a drink and to relax. Had breakfast here for the first time and it's a good spread with variety and choice. Would be even better if proper coffee would be included😀 So close to the airport and it's shops and if you have some spare time a free shuttle bus leaves from in front of exit airport to the DFS store complex. tip: try the Indian food at the NZ curry house diagonally from the hotel (at airport) . Will most definitely use TUNE hotel KLIA2 again when next in KL

I'd like to express my highly appreciation to the reception team who are Rish, Jesie and Iaire on 20/20/2020. My wife and I couldn't find the store that sold stamps in the whole terminal... We were very surprised that why there are no stamps n post offices in such the international airport😅 We also ran to couples of transit hotels for helps to see if they could assist us to send postcards for us. All of them said NO. Only the kind and considerate receptionists in Tune Hotel Klia2 gave us a very warm hand. Especially Rish👍 He's one who helped us to send the postcards when off the work!! CONVENIENT”
My friend and I had a 10 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur. Since we arrived at night and have an early flight the following day, we chose Tune Hotel to stay for the night. The hotel is located just outside KLIA2. It is not hard to find since there were signages directing to the hotel. There's a walkway connecting KLIA2 to the hotel so it is very convenient and easy to find. Check in was smooth and fast. Just be sure to have 10MYR on hand for the tax. They don't have a money exchange counter at the hotel so prepare the cash beforehand. For convenience, one can use it's credit card to pay for the tax. The room is clean and well lit. It is also very spacious. It has basic necessities good for a short stay. Check out was fast too. I highly recommend this place to those who have a connecting flight. It is a bit pricey but worth the convenience.

Near from the airport”
We stayed at Tune KLIA for 1 night. The Hotel is walking distance from KLIA 2. We choosed Tune Hotel since We had to catch our flight in the next morning. There is mini market near the hotel lobby. It' was good value for money rather than other airport hotel in KLIA. Recommended for stay if you have connecting flight both in KLIA or KLIA2.

Transit Guest”
This is one of the few hotels within the KLIA/KLIA2 for those guests who are in transit and wants to have a proper and comfortable rest room. Walking distance from the KLIA2 Arrival/Departure Hall. May use the trolley to push luggage to the hotel and trolley is provided at the hotel to when need to go to the airport. Room is clean but small just nice for a couple. Staffs are helpful. No noise issue although hotel is near to the airport.

Comfortable, close to KLIA2”
This is a clean and nice hotel, it is really close to KLIA2 thus easy access to restaurants and shopping at klia2 gateway and there is shelter all the way from the airport to the hotel. KLIA ekspres and transit is of easy access too making it easy to travel to KL sentral. I was only staying one night as I was attending a concert at putra indoor stadium. Traveling to the stadium was easy with KL ekspres and transferring to the local LRT, traveling time was within 45min. Checking in and out was fast. If you are traveling on air asia flight there's self check in machine at the hotel lobby. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm going to KL. Thank you.

Decent budget airport hotel”
Tune Hotel KLIA2 – a decent budget airport hotel at Kuala Lumpur Ambience: nice red, white and black blend of colors. Contemporary design. Attractive lobby with comfortable sofa seats. There are few computer terminals for internet browsing and few kiosks for electronic checking in and printing baggage tags. Location: Location is a selling point being about a short 10 min walk from the arrival hall. The hotel is a stand alone building which is linked by a covered walkway from the airport terminal. The walkway is not air-conditioned though. The hotel is a good consideration for those who are catching flights at KLIA as there is a fast 3 minutes express train connecting the two airport terminals. Only RM2 per pax. Facilities: As a budget hotel, the hotel provides the basics. The room is much better than the old one at the former budget terminal at LCCT in terms of space and privacy. (Ample room for big luggages and there is no public verandah outside your windows. A plus point is the availability of a hair dryer and a remote controlled ceiling fan. Transport: there is no shuttle to the terminal building. The only way to get there is by walking. Not ideal for old folks. If you need to get a cab, you need to go to the terminal building. A 35 minutes express train is available from the terminal building to Kuala Lumpur city at RM35 per pax. Taxi cost about RM69. Food: There is a restaurant at the lobby floor and you have amole choice at the terminal building. Not cheap though.

Very easy and convinient!”
Stay at the hotel was brilliant! We only stayed in Kuala Lumpur for a one night stopover - for anybody doing the same I highly recommend staying nearby to the airport at Tune. Much easier to get off your flight, check in straight away at the hotel and then explore the city (45mins away) rather than taking bags into the city on the train etc. Also easier to come back to the airport hotel late at night than getting back early in the morning in time for your next flight. Staff were lovely, check in and out was very easy and it was great access from the klia2 terminal (for low cost airlines such as AirAsia). Overall a very convenient place to stay!! :)

Relatively Inexpensive Hotel in KLIA”
This was my fourth or fifth time staying in Tune Hotel klia2. Staying in Tune klia2 is very convenient when you have early morning flight from Kuala Lumpur since it is located right in the Airport. Only 5 minutes walking to klia2 and add another 5-10 minutes on KLIA Express to reach KLIA. Pricewise, Tune klia2 is relatively inexpensive compared to any other similar establishment located in KLIA or klia2 when your party consists of 2 people.

Just perfect for those who are in long transit. Tune Hotel is just perfect for you and located next to KLIA2 where you can get more choices of cafes/restaurants for your lunch or dinner. If you are coming from a flight except AirAsia, you will be probably landing at KLIA1 and you can take KLIA express train for only RM 2 per person to KLIA2.

Disappointed”
Tune Hotel KLIA2 does what it says on the box: a comfortable room with a toilet & shower and no frills. I've stayed at several Tune hotels and this time I felt disappointed. First thing I see when I open the door is a cockroach scurrying for cover, but a right boot saw an end to that unwelcome visitor. Then a visit to the toilet where the paper fell on the floor due to a broken holder. Thankfully this Tune has a bar attached so a couple of beers should have put me out like a light, however, the proximity of the terminal building kept me awake with the constant "bing bong" of the passenger announcements, followed by other guests just beyond the seemingly cardboard door shouting and rolling square wheeled suitcases. I'm sorry Tune, but if you are going to build a hotel across the street from a major international airport, you need to include some degree of soundproofing in you design. Also p*ssed at their no refund policy, which hit me on the outbound leg when my flight was rescheduled by 12 hours meaning I no longer needed a room, but no money back through no fault of mine. Plus point was the KLIA Express train took me back to KLIA which I wasn't aware of on arrival and shelled out MR17 when the train is only 2

Quiet, convenient and clean”
We stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA 2 for one night, because our connecting flight left early in the morning from KLIA 2, while our flight to KLIA arrived in the late afternoon. Both terminals are well connected. It is a perfect hotel for a quick stay at the airport. The rooms are small, but clean and the beds are comfortable. There is free wifi and shower products like soap and shampoo. What I liked most about this hotel is that is is only a short walk of 3 minutes from KLIA 2 terminals and 50 meters from the bus station that can transfer you to Kuala Lumpur's city center for 10 MYR. We spent our night out in town and returend to the hotel later for a good night sleep. Despite being right at the airport, it is very quiet in the rooms. We not once heard a plane. All in all it was a perfect overnight stay for a reasonable price. We were able to rest from the long flight from FRA to KLIA and could get a refreshed start in the morning. Also, Air Asia has a check-in terminal right in the hotel lobby which helps to get moving quick in the morning. The only thing that bothered us a little bit is that the bathroom had a bit of a mildew/sewage smell at first, but once the water was running for a minute that subsided quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for transit rest”
Was transiting through KL and stayed one night at Sheraton Imperial and rented a room at Tune Hotel for the afternoon/evening before our plane. In hindsight I would have rented a room at Tune Hotel for the entire time and traveled into town instead. Hotel room is clean, simple and 5 minutes walk to airport where restaurants are plenty and shopping possible. There is a 7/11 beside hotel where simple meals can be purchased. Price is good for location. The room is small as would be expected but met my needs very well. Perfect place to relax if you have a night at the airport or you wish to relax for a few hours between flights.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel klia2. It's not the fanciest, but really was one of the most comfortable for a short 36-hour stay in Kuala Lumpur with a late night arrival and early morning departure a day later. Being able to walk quickly to the ground transportation or mall for whatever was needed was great. The staffing throughout were friendly and quite helpful. Thank you Tune for a great stay.

I HAVE MADE THE SHIFT FROM THE "CONCORDE HOTEL" TO THE "TUNE IN" AS I CAN GIVE UP THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE EXTENSIVE BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR THE PROXIMITY TO THE KLIA2 FOR IMMEDIACY OF FOOD FLOORS AND OTHER TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS. I WAS NOT SURE WHERE TO PUT THE TROLLEY ON READING THE NOTICE ABOUT 'NO TROLLEYS BEYOND THIS POINT' ON ARRIVAL AT TUNE IN -? IS THE SIGNAGE AT THE AIRPORT SUFFICIENT FOR FINDING YOUR WAY TO "TUNE IN" FOR A FIRST TIMER? -I WAS WANDERING THE CAR PARK FOR A GOOD WHILE AS THERE WAS ONLY ONE TUNE IN SIGN ON THE LIFT EXIT LEVEL WHICH WAS POSITIONED AT ONE END OF THE LIFT LOBBY WITH NO SIGNAGE AT THE OTHER LEVELS? ARE THE QUASI EUROPEAN FOOD OPTIONS AT THE BAR/CAFE MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE GUESTS SO AS TO WANT TO PURCHASE MORE THAN JUST A COFFEE? THE AMBIENT MUSIC IN THE CORRIDORS IS PLEASANT AND UPLIFTING. THE ROOM ATTENDANTS APPEARED TO ENJOY THEIR WORK WITH MUCH CHATTER, ACKNOWLEDGED YOU AND CLEARED A SPACE TO GET THROUGH WITH YOUR LUGGUAGE. I WASN'T CLEAR ON THE ROLE OF THE STAFF WITH PURPLE UNIFORM TRIMMINGS -SECURITY, PORTERS -?

Exceptional”
Tune hotel Klia2. Fantastic. So close to the airport Klia2 you can pick up a trolley outside the hotel & wheel all your luggage straight into the airport. Rooms small, but big enough for passengers & all their luggage. Very clean, with air conditioning . They have a supermarket, a laundry room, & a coffee shop on site. The kitchen was being refurbished while we were there, so we just walked into the airport shop area for supper. Also not far from Klia1, with shuttle services to their other hotels in the area.
