Great budget hotel”

The Tuan Viet Hotel is a great budget hotel to stay when you're first arriving in Ho Chi Minh City. The front desk staff was pretty friendly and was able to handle any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget and need a place for a couple days.

The location perfect for getting to experience Tuan Viet. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well equipped I'm sure that it will be perfect. The staff were all very courteous and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

We actually ended up staying here for about 5 weeks whilst studying in HCM, for the money this hotel is excellent, and is certainly better value than staying in the normal tourist areas, the basic room only has a semi-internal window which does not let very much light in, but the deluxe has a large balcony which is brilliant. Staff were very friendly, and the girl who usually worked on reception spoke English very well. Wi-fi speed was very good, though signal was stronger in some areas than others. Easy to get into the tourist parts of town and cheap enough in a taxi. If you stay here then I recommend a visit to&ngo restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Thanks to the staff for helping me to have a wonderful vacation. rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. One of my favorite destinations! Large rooms with full of modern amenities. Wifi and air conditioner are very well. Very positive experience. This was a good location at a great price!

My room is not too large but very comfortable. The toilet is very clean and tidy. Enthusiastic and hospitable staff. The basic utilities are sufficient. The price is too good for the location right downtown. A great choice for those who love exploring HCMC like me.

Good Hotel for those who want to stay on the cheap”

this hotel is located on the fringes of district 1, its about 20 mins or so walk to the CBD. Essentially its a good, clean budget hotel with friendly staff

Excellent customer service, the staff was always helpful, courteous and nice to our abundant questions regarding routes, places to eat etc. Everyone was helpful and readily answered my questions and needs; modern and clean room. Fantastic at the Hotel.

Good value for the price, a little out of the way but HCM is easy to travel around. WiFi was a little spotty at times. Staff were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier!

Undecided about this one ... Everything was good except that I wasn't sure if it was a primarily a short or long stay hotel. But the facilities were perfectly fine. I have no complaints, just not sure what the primary purpose of the hotel is. Wouldn't stay again unless there was nothing else in the price range, then would.

Very good”

Excellent location if your reason for stay is conference in the USSH. I like the location because it has a local feel even if it is very difficult to communicate with the hotel staff due to limited English.

No facilities, No airport transfer, Poor wifi”

Lack of all facilities posted on Agoda. No airport transfer, no coffee shop, no tour service, etc. The hotel has Wifi hotspots on every floor but only level 5 Wifi hotspot was working as the rest cannot be connected. Those staying on level 2 and 3 need to go to Level 5 to get a Wifi connection. However, it is value for money as the rates are the most reasonable in that area. Other hotels rate in that area are much more expensive. An ideal location for vegetarians as there are lots of vegan restaurants nearby.

Thanks to the receptionist our short stay was comfortable. She happily ordered food for us at a local restaurant and brought it to our room. The guard was also very helpful.
