Vietnamese beach Resort”

This is a large resort on the beach which is nonetheless low key with single level appartments. It is pleasantly and uniquely landscaped and decorated with a Cham theme. There is also a pool for those who prefer still water. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with any travel details. It mainly caters for Vietnamese people which has the advantage of ensuring the restaurant provides good quality food. The restaurant is next to the beach and provides excellent quality food at reasonable prices. The menu is extensive and includes wine. Dalat wine was around 150,000 dong ($8)for a bottle. The hotel is a good location from which to explore some Cham temples and see some of the replicas of Cham art being made. Otherwise it is a very relaxing place to spend a few days before heading on.

It was great! The staff was really friendly (one of the security guy even invited me out for dinner). The beach is clean and quiet compared to other beaches in Vietnam (Vung Tau or Phan Thiet). Although it's a little bit far from downtown Phan Rang, it's very easy to get there by taxi or motobike. The only thing that I didn't like was that motobike renting is quite expensive (about $15/day but you can negotiate down to $20 for 2 days). I would definitely come back to this place!

Pleasant and charming”

We were pleased to find a quiet, on the beach location on our arrival in Phan Rang. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room had beautiful woodwork, a great closet space and charming appointments. The bed was a bit soft.,as a vegetarian the dining was sparse. I would stay here again.

Great isolated beach resort”

Very nice, but isolated from many external amenities. Phan Rang is growing and I imagine more amenities with come.

nice place but very quit and a little used”

very nice bungalows for the price. a large newly built pool. reaturant has really good food. but you need to be able to entertain yourself, since there virtually nothing to do. we hired a car and went to the cham towers and phan rang market. good fun. staff does not speak very well english

Great service”

We had a very nice experience during our stay at the TTC resort. The staff are very nice, the food is good and they helped us a lot when returning our passports when we forgot them at the hotel room. We would come back to this resort when we visit here in the future.

It was my second stay in TTC. First stay was in 2017. Beautiful sea. Simple Breafast buffet. Well educated staff specially Ms.Chin chin. Cost effectiveness resort.

Beautiful clean beech”

The beach is wonderful and very clean. The rooms are big, and the views from the rooms with ocean views are spectacular. Given, the price, I expected a bit more from the hotel itself. For instance, my room had a nice patio with a great view of the sea, but no lounge chair or table. When I asked if I could have a lounge chair, they brought an old indoor desk chair. There were several lizards in my room, which wouldn't be so bad except they kept leaving lizard droppings on the bedding. The resort was in the process of being renovated during my stay. They tried hared not to make this disruptive, but for example, the swimming pool was scheduled to be closed most of the week following my stay. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly and tried hard, and the resort has a lot of charm and potential. I enjoyed my time there very much, but came away feeling it was a bit over-priced. Note the beech is public, and there are cheaper hotels nearby.

Casual, comfortable and relaxing seaside resort accommodation”

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the garden and pond. The beach is just there in front of the resort. The service was friendly and efficient, good staff, and very helpful. The resort setting has a very natural, easy going feel to it, no pretensions. The breakfast was a generous buffet with local and western options. An enjoyable stay by the sea, and we would stay again.

Mixed reactions”

Location of hotel is excellent as right on the seafront. Pool [huge] is about 10m from the beach and the restaurant is by the sea overlooking the bay.There is a new and older section of the resort. The newer section is by the pool and looks pretty good although I did not have an opportunity to have a look. I was in the older section. If you stay here book the sea view bungalows. I stayed in a bungalow with the garden view and a nice pond in front. Looked great.I had problems in my room on the first day. Venetian slats, front door lock, shower and front door did not work! Poor first impression. To their credit they made makeshift repairs within 10 mins. There was always the problem with mosquitoes from the pool as my sliding windows did not seal so had to spray a few times at night. Hotel was booked so could not change rooms. I would stay again but only in the new section or the seaview bungalows [after checking the window seals first]

Peaceful resort, deserted beach, good food”

The staff were nice, the food was very good (yummy breakfast buffet) and the beach was deserted except for some local fishermen. The resort lacks upscale touches such as beach loungers and the like, but if you want a quiet bit of sand to yourself in Vietnam then this is the place! Even the cheapest rooms are very nice.

Could be better”

Overall, I'm happy with the resort, staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and beautiful swimming pool and nice garden. However, there are a few things that could be better: - Swimming pool was very hidden : I almost assumed that there's no swimming pool in this resort until I decided to walk to front office outside to ask, no signboard at all. Security guard was confused us with non-hotel guests when we tried to enter the pool, it's not his fault since he's trying to doing his job, hotel could provide better information such as those who use hotel bath towel (orange color) to access the pool, so security would know who's hotel guest and who's not - Lack of staff : there seems to be not enough staff around, there was no conditioner when I ask and there were no staff to help me go get it either. - Front office is old and dirty : there was a spider shooting his web up to the ceiling from the front office desk and he's freely climb up while enjoying the view and the guest's horrifying face. Ceiling was rusty, dirty and full of spider and bugs. However, I'm happy with the place, this is just a feed back to the management to improve better for future guests.

disappointed with the service, resort is overrate”

There was very little wifi available, I complained to the reception desk one day and the General Manager the next. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, unimaginative. My wife and I did not eat breakfast there after the first meal. There was only one functioning restaurant, the Sakaya on the North side of the resort, away from the pool and bungalow area. There was no bar or restaurant operating at the pool. The restaurant staff did not understand food beverage requests, even in Vietnamese. The walk-way lights were not turned on at night and there are no lights on the front of the bungalows to help you step up or enter the room. It is dangerous for disabled and regular people to walk at night. It sounded like there was a pool party one night until 11PM, there were loud shouts and laughter. The shallow area of the swimming pool had dirt or sand in the corners and along one bottom edge. The resort service staff were not efficient, did not understand English well and may just be all family members. When I called the reception desk (6:30-7pm) about no Wifi the second day, they told me there was nothing they could do. It can only be fixed during the day. I asked to speak to the General Manager on duty and was told he was busy and could not speak to me. It appeared to me the staff does not report problems to the resort management. I told them to have the GM call me. He called more than 30 minutes later and said there was nothing anyone could do, they would try to correct the problem in the morning. I was leaving the next morning. The reception area is not enclosed or air conditioned. It is extremely hot in the afternoons and there is only one floor fan to cool the reception staff. They look like wilted flowers. This resort is over rated.

good location and nice service”

we had stayed at this resort just for a night; the service is good. there was some problems in the bathroom; we called and they came within 2 minutes to fix it. the garden around is nice the only thing damaged is the breakfast/ it was quite simple; each one has the right to a pho or bun and a drink (lipton/coffee/jus) but overall, it was ok for the quality/price

Value for money, great pool, green trees but room allocation likes a matrix”

The resort has been sold to different owners 3 times and each time it is changed the name. So very confusing if you check on google maps or asking the local people. The resort is big, very green, very nice pool, choice for breakfast is limited but good enough for the amount you pay. the beachfront restaurant for the breakfast is super nice. I also like the big closet and big mirror setup for the dressing room. I love the mattress. But the bathroom/toilet is very dark, and the shower does not work well. too much grass in front of your room will scare you because of snake or things likes that.

Impressive resort”

huge resort in champa architectonical style is nice place to relax and stay apart of cililization for couple of days. during my stay was the resort empty, but during weekends can arrive some organized company groups and you will listen very noisy karaoke party. but it is common problem in vietnam. in case you will order the cheapest room you could be placed in some ugly huts there.

Amazing beach side resort with great food and cooperative staff especially the English speaking girl "Chin Chin"...Cool place for vacations.Would love to come again anytime.
