Review Serene Hotel Location - Facilities - Room Ameneties - Staff - Hoi An Emerald Location - Facilities - Room Ameneties - Staff - Packo Hostel Location - Facilities - Room Ameneties - Staff - This I must not deny, that I had my awesome holiday, thanks to the staff, especially at Front office, Bell boys and cafe staff. Super friendly and helpful to assist my needs, especially when am asking for help on safety box in the room, getting me a bike for me to cycle around Hoi An Ancient Town. One eventful night, I seek help from the receptionist to get me a cab driver to send me over to the Ancient Town for me to check out their nightlife. However, waited for 20mins, the cab just didn't come. I approached again and asked if there's motor taxi available instead. Initially, the receptionist did offer to get bellboy to give me a ride using a car, but bellboy thought of better idea by gave me a scooter ride instead. Breakfast was indeed decent, simple yet nice. And instead of just serving me the usual coffee and tea, upon request I served Iced Vietnam Coffee, just perfect to suit my holiday in Vietnam. Room amenities and qualities are indeed just decent, clean and good for me. The only trouble I faced is to endure the noises of the construction next door. Despite that we were notified about the construction, I don't remember having the constructions to start as early as 6 am, hence I already had trouble continuing to sleep. The location was in between the Beach and the Ancient Town, so getting around is a bit hassle, but I don't mind that when you have bike provided for the hotel guest. Let me share the good points about this hotel Staff - Super friendly bell boy, great service by front office staff, and awesome service by cafe staff Bellboy - I must commend that the bellboy is by far the friendliest and helpful, attended to my needs. I don't quite remember the name but I do remember one assisted me with the safety box in my room, another one assisted

I stayed during my weekend trip to Hoi an TTC hotel and this was my second trip. the Staff at Reception she was very kind in nature and tacking care and wishing you every time you pass from Reception, good English speaking and happy to help you always, I think she is the most suitable for the job she is doing. I will come again. However one minus point is that break fast has not much choice and very limited Manu due to Covid-19. rest all was fantastic. TTC up-graded my booking free of cost and Deluxe villa was given to me that was big surprise to me and feel very happy during my stay.

I have had busy days with tough business in Danang city during last week. So, I have given myself a present of a free day in the peaceful town of Hoi An. Thanks for good introductions from my friends, I have chosen Hoi An Emerald Waters Hotel as my stay in Hoi An. The hotel has helped me to have experienced a great day in the ancient town. Hoi An is new for me and the staff of the hotel helped me a lot, was very enthusiastic to give me support, advices on interesting places, food and local culture. The hotel location is very convenient for visiting the town. Its facility is very good and high quality, design of the room is very beautiful and comfortable. Their activities is very professional and gentle. Next time to Hoi An, I will take my family to stay here again. Thank you very much for helping me during my day in Hoi An town.

Just Perfect”

This was my 5th time in Hoi An but my first at TTC. The staff are the best I have every experienced in a hotel. They cannot do enough for you. The beds are perfect, pool great and breakfast I couldn't fault. The hotel is a little out of old town but at $1.25 can ride who cares. I won't stay anywhere else when in Hoi An

The Best Ever!!”

We had 5 nights in this fantastic place...the staff, the amenities, the food and the pool were fantastic! We were greeting by friendly faces and fresh fruit and drinks on arrival. Our room was just lovely, with a nice balcony. The bed was fantastic, and the shower was lovely. Bruce, the Manger was very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed his hospality. I would like to comment on two lovely ladies in the restaurant, Julie & Anna...they were so kind and friendly to us. We met the Chef, who we complimented him on his food...the food was so good we ate there every night! Hoi An was enchanting, and we will never forget our stay in Hoi An Emerald Waters Hotel. Excellent service ”

I book wrong date on Agoda and call to the hotel to change. Even I can not connect to their reservation service, the admin girl is so flexible and ask the manager to change booking for me. During the time I stay here, their service is 5 star from admin, bellman, guards to restaurant staff. The room is very clean and comfortable. Even I book their standard room, the view is quite nice. It is really worthy with this price. Location is between Cua Dai Beach, and Hoi An centre, around 1,5 km to the beach, 1,5 km to the city.

We have been stay in hoi an emerald waters hotel & spa just for a night but we really have a great stay and to be honest all staff are friendly and helpful, they spoke very good english and all of them are professional, the room was nice, clean, very comfortable bed, breakfast was tasty, we absolutely stay here again when we back to hoi an and would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who have plan to visit hoian.

We had a great time here. The staff were absolutely fabulous, and the hotel was great - a nice room, and a good location. Just a 15 minute walk to the old town, but lots of lovely local restaurants nearby, as well as the water puppet theatre. Apparently also handy for the beach, although we didn’t go. Nice pool, small gym that could use air con but was totally sufficient for a quick workout, and a fabulous massage place. The staff noted it was my birthday during our stay and the room cleaning staff made a lovely ‘happy birthday’ with flowers on our bed in the morning while we were out. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Hoi An.

considering the rate of this hotel, I couldn't complain about it's location or size of the hotel. spacious room, recently renovated or built. 5 mins to Hoi an ancient city by taxi. good breakfast, ok size of swimming pool. staff! proactive and ready to help. theyare not just standing there, they seemed enjoying helping guests. they do deserve to get tips!! will stay here again if I vsit Hoi an again

5 star customer service. Nothing too much trouble and lots of nice little touches. For example at breakfast they take your room number and relay this info to housekeeping so your room is cleaned and tidied whilst you eat. Huge room with 2 bathrooms and sumptuous beds overlooking pool. Exceptional breakfast choice. Plenty of good places to eat nearby too and Hoi An town centre is only 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. You can also borrow a bike from the hotel if you want free of charge.

first time in Hoi An and so lucky to stay at this property. they welcome you with fresh fruits and some juice which almost four/five star hotel won't offer on arrival. The reception staff and trolley boys was so helpful and friendly, they will give you all information about Hoi An. Also so happy to get upgraded to Villa room free of charge. Recomment.

Staff helpful, ”

This is a newer hotel in Hoi An, and overall still in good shape. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms outfitted nicely, the pool a nice oasis. We found the breakfast buffet to be good. As noted on some other reviews, some of the rooms have a sewage smell. We asked for help, they did work on the bathroom some, but ended up moving us. The next day we upgraded and paid the extra for a villa, wish we would have just that at booking, nicer size room and a small balcony. The hotel is a little farther walk from the old city than we expected, but we made it work, used their bicycles to go to the beach. Overall a good stay.

I loved my stay at Hoi An Emerald Waters Hotel! We rented a motor bike (they also had bicycles) and cruised out of town and down to the old town with no problems. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely in the hot Hoi An heat! The food, especially breakfast buffet, was awesome! We had such a nice, relaxing time!

Extraordinary friendly staff”

Thanks to the employees of Hoi An Emerald Waters. Always smiling and trying to help you in any way they can. After our arrival in Da Nang the driver allready waited for us in the heat right in front of the airport exit. Good position in between the old town and An Bang beach (if you have the chance catch some food and drinks in la plage restaurant - good value for money and always friendly owner - especially good seafood in there). Bycicles for free in the hotel .

Exceptional”

Wonderful staff, INCREDIBLE breakfast, and beautiful villa room. Our stay in Hoi An was definitely all the better because of our great experience at the Emerald Waters Hotel. It is a little off the beaten path, but the complimentary bicycles helped us explore the city, and get down to the Ancient Town easily. We would absolutely stay here again, and were sad to leave.

Grate Place to stay in Hoi an ”

TTC is now become my weekend house, superb place to stay, Hotel staff / reception staff are superb cooperative and taking care of every request. I strongly Recommended to stay in this hotel & experience the Luxury. extremely Superb hotel & They always promote my room with tout any extra charge

Staff very friendly and helpful. Less than 20 mins walking distance to Hoi An old town. Free bicycles if you can't be bothered to walk. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The hotel arranged tour of My Son came with an excellent guide. The hotel arranged transportation and airport pick up avoided the taxi scams.

Good stay”

Location was a bit far from Hoi An. Biking is about less than 5 minutes and about 15 minute walk. Free bikes and cheaper rate to DaNang airport. I would not recommend the massages there. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free umbrellas as well. The room was clean and neat. Bathroom was nice. The pool was good as well. They also provide free breakfast which had a variety of food plus omlette station. My friend and I did enjoy our stay there very much. Would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable stay”

The staff provided excellent service and demonstrated great attitude. They even helped us order food delivery (at a very reasonable price) as we tried to get room service at 10pm without realising their kitchen closed at 9pm. Everything about this place is wonderful. I would recommend Emerald Waters to anyone coming to Hoi An.

Amazing staff and very good breakfast and nice rooms! Approx. 15mins by foot into the old town of Hoi An. Also worth taking a bike with no extra charges. We tested a big massage package. The massage was good, but the Spa are itself still a little "cold" in terms of atmosphere. Might change, since the hotel only opened 2 months ago.
