Pretty good hotel, staff excellent, service very good, breakfast was enough and choice was good, all round a good place to stay and basically no faults except for the following in the advertising of the hotel which needs to be RECTIFIED/CORRECTED nothing worse that not getting what was requested,, I do not know who is a fault but definitely needs TO BE SORTED OUT ,, AND STRAIGHT AWAY Which stated 1. In- Room safe box NOT TRUE AS THERE WAS NO SAFE IN THE ROOM. 2. CITY VIEW,, our view was of wall, windows and air conditioners of another hotel 3. ROOM SIZE 25 sq.m No way the room would have only been 10 sq.m or maybe 15 BUT DEFINATLEY NOT 25sq.m

If only the A/C was better...”
I really wanted to like this hotel -- new hotel, great price, excellent location -- but there were some significant issues. Air conditioning was inadequate. Staff seemed to be aware of this issue, and offered me to change rooms, but nearby rooms had the same weak A/C problem. Strange that this issue should exist in a new hotel. Another problem, also strange for a new hotel, was lack of electricity outlets. Given today's world of multiple devices that need recharging, why weren't there more available outlets? Some good marks go for excellent internet, friendly staff, not-great-but-not-bad breakfasts. Also, if the manager is reading this, please look at the bathtub caulking -- it is coming apart and needs to be looked at.

A New Hotel value for $$$.”
Hotel is new so it's clean. Bed is comfortable. Room size is ok. But the Junior Deluxe room didn't come with bathtub as stated in the description on the website. And soundproofing is not too good. Also hotel staff open our room door without knocking or checking whether we are in or not? And without reason..

Better than my expectation”
Very good location to walk around to centre area of the city. Actually the hotel is new and it's cheaper than what you can get. Since it's new so very clean, good design and although the room is small but it give you all you need. Only minus point is a/c is quite weak, the key card system has some problem (more than 2 times i lock my door then i cant open again with my key card so i hv to bring the card to reception to activate it again). And also the staffs are just ok.

The area where the hotel is located is quite nice for the price. It was more than sufficient for our overnight stay. Clean, adequately sized room with a bathtub. If anything, additional outlets near the bed would be appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience.

A new hotel, nice decoration inside of room and very clean. I love the wooden floor make the quality of room upgrade. But they need to pay more attention on house maintenance, the door bolt is unfit and they didn't find it, and some room has safety locker but some room not. A little bit noise from next room. ( sound-deadening is not really good) but price is affordable with its quality.

Their breakfast is really nice because it's all boiled. For a business traveler, the health problem is all concerned. This is the most impressive part since I have live in different hotel in HCMC for many time. A really friendly hotel.

Nice hotel”
Room is clean, nice and modern. No ant. No cockroach. Breakfast is ok. Location is good. Only downside is room is not sound proof. There is construction near by and during the day, there were sound disturbance. During the night, there are pub nearby, and it could be heard. Room next door is also not considerate, making a lot of noises. Counter staff is ok but not excellent. Bellboy is good. At a price of this, this hotel is recommended.

Room was clean. No hot water so occupants b prepared. Ignore the breakfast coz it's nothing fancy. Food outside the hotel is nicer. There is a Starbucks down the road. Room r not soundproof so u can literally hear conversation going on in other rooms

A very good location of this hotel. It located at Japanese area and just take 10 mins walk to Nguyen Hue Avenue and riverside. The hotel is quite new, but don't know why there was weird noise from the air conditioner.

3rd time to stay at this hotel and service was better as I got the room I booked in Agoda. Hotel is new. 1 bed has no bathtub. Only 2 single bed room has bathtub which is strange. Hotel is new and facilities are new. Location is good with many restaurants and stores around. Near the riverside also.

2nd time to not have my requested room”
In an earlier stay they told me they didn't have the room I booked on agoda. I argued and got a similar room..but not same. This time when checking in they told me that they didn't have the room I booked on agoda as was sold out. Argued again and they gave me the room I booked. So its simple, you can expect not to get the room u booked, and if u argue enough using Vietnamese they may finally give u what you booked. Its a shame as this hotel is in a good location, and furnishing is new. As I work in Vietnam and stay in hotels 180 days a year I am somewhat used to this nonsense. Note that 1 bed rooms do not have a bathtub. Only 2 single beds have a bathtub. 2 single rooms are also bigger then room with only 1 bed.

Great clean hotel in a perfect location for where I needed to be. Only issue while staying was the unavailability of iron and board. They provide the service but nothing else. I probably would stay here again next time.
