Great place to stay”
Wonderful location with very friendly staff. Food was very good and reasonably priced and the pool was absolutely wonderful. I had a penthouse suite with the outdoor jacuzzi and it was perfect and the terrace was gigantic. Overall 10 out of 10.

Short stay ”
I have chosen and stayed at the Tropicana because it accommodated lock up parking for my motorbike. My friends and I had a fantastic time in the hotel and we were accommodated with kindness and help when and where ever it was required. We are at the tail end of Covid, hence all facilities weren’t made available but taking all issues the hotel industry was being faced with into consideration, all was well and my friends and I were happy and cheerful guests there. The hotel is privately owned and designed and build by the owner. Not everything is as one knows it from 5 star hotels but what it lost in terms of luxury it made good as to Charme and friendliness. The hotel is a 3 to 4 star but as said it has all you need and all you want and more. I can only recommend the place and I will most certainly return. Many thanks to the owner and staff for the good time we have had

Bathroom fit for a king”
King size bed was legit. The bathroom was legit. Just ask for a room not high up. We had to walk up bout 4 floors in total but it was a spacious walk cuz it's like a castle. It does get tiring going up. Overall the room is nice asf for the money.

The hotel is a bit old now and facility, especially the bathroom, cannot catch up. Water leakage, poor shower, etc. Otherwise, the room is still spacious and comfortable with excellent location.

Me and 4 of my friends stayed in this hotel last May 17. We booked Family Room with 2 double beds and requested for 1 extra bed. Our room was assigned in a very back end of the hotel which was a bit scary because we were only the people check in that area. We requested to be transferred to a room near the pool. The receptionist helped us immediately. We were transferred to the 3rd floor with the view of the pool. The pictures posted on the Agoda website is very different. All pictures were posted looks like taken when the hotel is still brand new. The wifi and telephone to your room were not working. As I read previous comments from this hotel's past guest, looks like the wifi has been the issue a long time ago. Even if we were at the reception area wifi cannot be connected. The receptionist just reasons out that they have a problem with their service provider. I guess we got what we paid for. Super init ng ac as in mas better pang fan kaso they dont provide din , restaurant nila is also grabe bukod sa it's expensive hindi din namin nakain like we already tell the staff and management na matigas yung beef and we cant bite it but instead of fixing it they gave us knife lol anyway we just left the food and pay for it. Nakakawalang gana to stay here so we just move to other hotel super better than here .

High quality at an affordable price, almost perfect!”
When I saw the resort when we arrived in Sabang, I was stunned how it stand out among the other buildings with its castle-like structure. You can see it from the beach when you arrive to Sabang via Ferry. The resort is just a few minutes walk from the port. Entering our room, the Kingsuite, I was at awe on how big the room was. The curtained bed is fit for royalty! Every corner and details are intricately designed and well-thought of. They provided us with basic things like slippers, small towels, face towels, toiletries and even an umbrella. There's an electric kettle too for our morning coffee. The bathroom is huge! There's basically 3 parts of the bathroom, the shower area, sink & toilet, and the bathtub. The bathtub is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the bathtub in our 2 nights of stay there. It is not indicated here in Agoda that there is an additional fee for the use of bathtub. But they've put a memo on the wall informing the guests that a small fee of P500 is needed to use the bathtub. We understood why we need to pay for this facility since freshwater is a scarce resource in the area and electricity for heating the water can be expensive. And we are so willing to pay for this since it is so worth it. The fee includes whole day use, bubble bath and scented candles. But when we are about to pay for the bathtub, they informed us that they still need to ask for an approval from the owner and it will depend on the current water supply. At first, I was informed that it was already approved. But after some minutes when I went down to the reception to pay and get the valves for the bathtub, they've reversed the decision since the water supply went down :( It could have been so nice to have experienced this. The resort also provides free WiFi access to guests but unfortunately the signal is weak inside our room and according to a staff they were having network problems at that time that is why the internet was slow. If you are looking for middle range & affordable resort. This resort might suitable for you. Overall, It was a pleasure stay in Tropicana Castle Dive Resort. Resort 1st floor has a ocean view & one small pool good for beginner to learn to learn the scuba diving. The only thing that need to improve is the Wifi signal was weak & the lift was not working, guest who stay in 1st floor and above have a hard time to climb up & down from the castle especially carry their luggage to the room.

i love the room we stayed in, very spacious and clean. the whole design of the hotel is just lovely. the staff are all nice. very near the port where we were dropped off, just walking distance. just beside atm in case you need some extra cash (max bank if i remember it right). also near restaurants and stores. i only have a problem with their bathtubs, apparently guests of galera are no longer allowed to fill their tubs with water - for conserving water - understandable but i was a bit saddened with this. all in all, staying in tropicana castle was still an amazing experience.

Castle style feel like princess not meet prince”
Tropicana is very easy find at sabang, the center of the town, almost 2 mins to everywhere, including the beach, massage house, sabang restaurant....I like the ocean view in the morning. Very enjoy the stay at the castle. Breakfast management was not good, forgot to provide free fruit. front desk also forgot I have returned towels. Almost charged me.

nice hotel at a great location”
we stayed at the tropicana for five nights we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and like the hotel very much. the room we stayed in was nicely decorated and had a bathroom the size of a small living room. make sure you ask for a lock to the safe in the room. we found out at check out time that they keep the locks at the reception desk! the hotel pool is not very large, but conveniently located. small inconveniences - like power outages - are unavoidable in the philippines, so just take them in stride. in sabang they don't last very long. by the way, the hotel is about 200 meters from the ocean and has a very nice (and new) restaurant, so you have all the conveniences one could wish for.
