Very modern, spacious, clean hotel with great staff.”

This is a great hotel and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Upon arriving we were treated with a drink and a briefing of Hoi An, a map, recommendations and suggestions and then some fruit! I was a bit speechless to be honest. To say we felt very welcomed is an understatement. The hotel rooms are great, we had adjoining rooms with our teenage daughters and they were quite big rooms, very nice bathrooms, bar fridges and tea and coffee facilities. Looks to be a very new place. There are free bikes but the traffic is busier than my wife expected so you have to be confident in the traffic. I loved it. The pool is small but adequate for cooling off. In December late it is still 28c so we are swimming after our morning shop. Breakfast is very nice. It takes us about 7 mns to walk across the bridge which is where the old city starts, so very walkable to the old city. Book with confidence.

Lovely, quiet villa steps away from the ancient town”

Overall, a lovely quiet villa close to (but not directly in) the ancient town. Comfortable bed, a small but very nice pool, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with local and western options, and free bikes that we used to ride to the beach and back. We booked the river view room and while you can see the river while standing, the patio has concrete walls so we did not use it for sitting. Hot water was a bit limited at times, and some features of the room were a little dingy and would benefit from a touch up. Lastly, if you are leaving the villa to walk to the bridge - after about five minutes you may see three small, sweet dogs who live on the right - tell them we love them and miss them already.

Super cute room and friendly staff”

The room was absolutely cute and the ambience made you feel so closed with the nature. All staffs were friendly especially the Host was very helpful that showed us details what to eat where to hangout in Hoi An. The location is only 800m away from Old ancient town

Wonderful place for a vacation”

Nicely designed. Small but nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and kind manager. They allowed us to checkout late at 3PM with a small amount of money charged additionally. Very close to the ancient town, we cycled to the town for visiting and having meals. Breakfast is alacarte with Hoi An traditional food.

High quality with best price Villa”

When we arrived, front desk was very friendly and nice to introduce the villa and surroundings. Rooms are clean and stylish. Everything was perfect and comfort. Very recommended!!

Clean and cozy ”

Nice little hotel, not to far to walk or ride to the old town / city centre. Rooms were clean and push bikes available for free hire which was a nice touch. Great bath, but took quite a while to fill as hot water only lasted 5mins or so at a time. Had to order breakfast the night before which wasnt ideal for us so we mainly ate breakfast in the town. Overall very clean and good stay

Nice cosy boutique with great staff”

We were suprised by the location behind a busy street. Nice a quite with a the facilities. The owner was very nice and helpful. They have bikes for you to use and the main streets of hoian is located just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Eventually we had the best time in HoiAn travelling to Vietnam because of the little streets and great vibes in this city. You may consider to stay here a day longer. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks!

조경이 잘 되어 정말 트로피컬했음 도마뱀있지만.. 숙소 안은 정말 청결 넓고 좋았음 직원들 친절함 수용장 작지만 은근 깊음 굿굿 호이안 체고 The landscaping was well done and it was really tropical. Small lizards were in the aisle, but they did not enter the room. The room was also clean and comfortable. Hygiene is also great. The shower drain was not good. The staff were so friendly. they helped immediately even at night. The accompanying swimming pool is also beautiful. Small but a little deep. I like Hoi An

Very Green & Clean Hotel ”

New hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We really love this hotel with green tree and beautiful flower. Free pool and bike is also a plus of this place. But, 15-20' walking or 10' cycling to ancient town may be not so convenient for one not like exercise.

Very good”

The Villa has an awesome tropical vibe, very comfortable and nice design house. Our stay was good, except for the bike renting. We think we were cheated by staff when our bike was fueled fully before we return and go to bed, but the morning later, it was almost empty and needed to fuel gasoline again. This shouldn't happen again with any traveller.

皆さん親切で、一家ですてきな宿を切り盛りしています。朝の麺の朝食がフォー、ブンボー、ミークワンから選べてとても美味しいです。小さめですがプールもあるし、水回りも含め掃除もしっかりされています。

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ tận tình, chu đáo. Hơi xa trung tâm 1 xíu nhưng khách sạn cho mượn xe đạp miễn phí! 子連れの家族旅行でした。ホテルは広くて綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフもとても親切で色々助かりました。場所は中心から少し離れていて歩くのは少し大変でした。無料で自転車を貸してくれますがホイアンの町は狭くて自転車での移動は難しいのであまり使えませんでした。

어머니 모시고 여행왔어요. 사진 많이 찍었는데 후기에 사진 올리는 칸이 없네요 ㅠㅠ 날짜를 하루 앞당겨 잘못 예약했는데 친절히 바꿔주셨고 체크인할때부터 웰컴드링크와 주변 맛집 관광지 친절하게 설명해주시고 방도 매우 깨끗했어요. 자전거도 무료 대여해주신다했지만 어머니가 자전거를 못타시는 바람에 ㅠ.. 조식도 맛있었구 다음날 아침 오토바이 빌리시는 것도 도와주셨어요. 조식도 전날 미리 골라서 먹는 방식이였는데 맛있었어요! 관광지에서 조금 떨어져있어서 조용하구 평화로운 분위기였구 또 걸어서 야시장 올드타운 호이안마켓 저희 기준에서 충분히 갈만했어요. 새로 오픈한 지 얼마 안되서 그런가 방 엄청 깨끗했구요. 에어컨도 잘 나왔어요. 수영장도 밤에 조명 이쁘게 나와요! 굉장히 친절하시고 잘해주셔서 또 올거에요 ㅋㅋ The best villa in Hoi An. Very clean, and very kind. I hope to stay here again!
