If I go to Labuan Bajo again, I would be very happy to stay here again. Planned to recommend to friends/acquaintances as well to stay here, because everything on this hotel is perfect after we went to sailing for 3D2N. The room is super spacious, the TV has Netflix on it, we can wash our cloths and spacious balcony (with a view!), near the harbour and cafes by walking distance. Thanks a lot Triple 8 Suites!! PS: get the room with balcony yea!

Excellent location, great place to stay at Labuan Bao”
Located off the main road but only a short walking distance to the main road, dive centers and jetty. We stayed in the junior suite and the room was very spacious! Staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, felt that the cost of the stay was abit too high for Labuan Bajo. Some areas to improve on- there was only 1 choice for breakfast: coffee/tea/orange juice, bread with butter & jam, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato and lettuce; the soap dispenser in the toilet was faulty, not a big issue for us as we brought our own but it was also mentioned in previous reviews; no proper bin in the room apart from the one in the toilet; the cleanliness of the floor, felt that it was quite dusty/ sandy. Other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant on the ground floor Baccala serves very tasty food, great for dinner!

Junior suites are located at first floor with no good view so we upgrade the room to 4th floor with the nice sea view. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The room is nice and clean.. Overall it is recommended.

Overall the rooms experience was great. The rooms was clean and big. We booked 4 rooms, however on the day of arrival we were emailed informing that one of the room is unavailable due to broken toilet bowl and offered us free cancelation, later about an hour after, we received another mail notifying us that they have a replacement room. Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel, the replacement room was no longer available and we didn't get our free cancelation for the room. Instead offered us an extra bed in each room, which we don't need. Since they insisted, we agreed. And here we are in the room, with our sofabed has turned to BED without pillow. So sorry no sofa for us. Quite disappointed on how they communicate things and problem solving.

Unfriendly staff ”
Upon check-in, there was a male staff with unwelcoming facial expression and didn’t even bother to help us with the luggage. Unpleasant customer service skills. Fortunately, upon checkout, the one who assisted us was a friendly and pleasant lady. What a big different attitude between them. The location was pretty good, the room was clean and big. If the attitude of the staff can be improved, then this hotel is not a bad option for an overnight stay in LBJ.

The room is spacious, but unfortunately not as nice as show in the picture. Hotel only provide hand and bath soap. The floor was very dirty. Pool was small and dirty, lots of dying bugs. Convenient location, 5 min walks to Starbucks. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel does not live up to its name ‘Suites’. It was sold (offered) at premium price where what you actually get is probably the same to one or two stars Hotel. The location, even-though it is located in the City, it does not surrounded with good view at all !. The Hotel provides breakfast but it’s only a cup of a few slices of fruits, two slices of toast and egg in any style with Syrup for drink instead of fresh Juice. No amenities were provided in the bathroom other than Soap and Shampoo.... TV program was provided thru streaming over internet with low quality of internet connection. One good thing about the Hotel is the service provided by their helpful staff and they tried to do their best even though most of the time they have difficulties as the Hotel does not have it, and could not provide it. In Nett, it is not worth to pay at that price with the quality of the Suites facilities that you got and experiences !

I went to labuan bajo during peak time thus i hv no choice to book hotel at last minute. Only left few hotels including this hotel. The staff were not friendly and bz with hp. When enter the room, the room smells like a vomit. The floor very stinky. After make a complaint they make up the room again.

This place was decent! ”
Stayed here two nights, staff are great.. the rooms are spacious and clean. They don’t have any facilities - no pool, no restaurant nothing… luckily there is an Italian place right next door practically adjoining and the food there is wicked! Sooo it was a win. Very close to the harbour so you can get a boat to Komodo National park etc. it’s just a room for rent rather than a hotel service though, proper basic compared to other places.

No internet, room smelt”
The junior suite we booked had a foul smell and we requested to switch to another room. But since there was nothing available, they switched us the next day to a twin room. But the biggest problem for us was there was no internet. The staff were very nice and helped us with all our requests, so I would recommend this place only if u don’t care about internet. Location wise, it was a short walk to the main strip with all the shops, restaurants and tour operators.
