Surprised by how clean and Mestre the rooms where. Exceeded our expectations as we’ve been on a road trip for over a week.

Went on a weekend getaway with wife and hotel in a great location. But there’s no security some guest were arguing and police had to show up a lot of people outside smoking drinking. Didn’t like it honestly but we needed a place to stay. Next time book in advance or else you can stay here 6/10

good place for moving around Page, though a bit expensive”
everything around Page & Grand Canyon in general is expensive, depending on the season, so we had to pay more than 100 for a place that otherwise, in other locations, is half the price. however it was worth, altogether the structure is ok, clean, and walk distance from restaurants. the morning breakfast was chaotic and crowded, though.

Advice: Pay a little more to stay elsewhere ”
Room was dingy and had cockroaches in the bathroom. Ice machine was broken...when we checked in we were told it’d be fixed by the morning but wasn’t. The only outlet in the room (aside from the bathroom) was behind the refrigerator/dresser. In order to charge your phone or make coffee, you had to reach behind and either unplug the light or the fridge. Also, don’t use the fridge - it froze our food so we had to throw out the produce and milk :/ On the brighter side, the staff was nice and the rooms were relatively clean except for the cockroach.

The app does not indicate that pet fee is $25- very high. Apparently every location determines the fee, we paid zero to $10 at other locations. Rooms needed a good cleaning, very dirty along walls and corners.

Security issue”
We had a good stay until the morning of checkout. After coming back from an Antelope Canyon tour BEFORE checkout, we came back to the door of our room WIDE OPEN. We had already removed our personal belongings from the room but left multiple bags of groceries since it was better than sitting in our hot car during the tour. We came back with plenty of time to spare before checkout but our door was left open with no one in it! Good thing we didn't leave anything of value in the room and thankfully none of our groceries were thrown out. We addressed the issue and were told this happens all the time but the blame was put on their guests for forgetting to checkout... understandable to a point but yet again, this was BEFORE checkout when we found our room wide open. And for who knows how long. They really need to fix this problem for the security of their guests.

Good position in the town, 8min drive to the Antelope Canyon Visitor Center, 8min drive to the horseshoe bend. With really clean bathroom and good view balcony.
