        I like the service. Went there for my birthday trip the hotel actually prepared a cake for me”

        The staffs are friendly. The place is clean. The room is clean. Except when I requested something such as housekeeping to clean the room, mineral water or hair dryer, it took so long for them to do it/send it to my room. But I totally understand it was during peak season the busiest time for them but it’ll be much better if they explained sooner they couldn’t provide what i asked for rather than asking me to wait

        Best location”

        Situated in the center of Pontianak city, surrounded by lots & lots of food and kopitiam, opposite to famous seafood in town Abang Kepiting and laundry service. I went back to stay there twice, and took the breakfast package on the second stay. Surprisingly, the breakfast was sooo good & delicious, many variaty. I had difficulty in sleeping at other hotels, but I slept like a baby there, because it was so comfy and quite.

        Located in the heart of pontianak city (Jl Gajah mada) where you can find alot of culinary. Suggestion: try to book at deluxe room if you want to have window view, since at superior room they don't have window.

        Liked how they handle my hot water problem by changing my room. ambience was a little lacking but not disturbing. cleanlines had to be improved, i got some yellow stain in my pillow matress.
