Close to the shopping mall. when you get a taxi from the mall, check the tirta mansion. It's another different one, but sometimes taxi driver don't know about it.

Friendly Budget Hotel”
I had a business at Tangerang so I decided to spent 3 days at Karawaci. This hotel is located at cluster area, so it's quiet and we can sleep well. The room is large, clean and the staff is friendly also. You can borrow hairdryer if you need. But I haven't taste the breakfast yet because I have to go early in the morning. Next time will stay here.

Great atmosphere but no restaurant or store”
The place is inside a gated community so you know it's safe and secure. However, this makes it quite far if you have food cravings or things you need to buy immediately, as the place has no restaurant or store attached to it. But the staff could help you call for food delivery and they do sell basic drinks like bottled water, juices and beer. There's free breakfast with the accommodation but the selection isn't that great. You can also walk about 10-12 minutes going outside to reach the convenient stores beside the main road. Or have the staff call you a Bluebird taxi to take you to the nearby mall and posh commercial area near the UPH campus which is a 10-minute drive but maybe a 20-minute walk from the place.

Nice little hotel in a gated residential area”
It was a short stay in Karawaci because of a meeting in the area. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, had wi-fi, and cable TV. There was bottled drinking water but nothing else (no cofee,etc). Breakfast was simple and served in the cafeteria on the first floor. Location's a little inconvenient because it's not along the main road and we have to ask the staff to get a taxi. All in all, I had a pleasant experience.

close to mall”
the hotel was ok but no shower curtain in bathroom and ran out of water while taking a shower. Also for some reason they don't like to stock u with toilet paper and they don't really do very well at cleaning they just make the beds and that's about it.

Difficult to find”
When I went there, it was difficult to find this hotel. Room is small and not clean. Although I asked a non smoking room, I still smelt stink of cigarette. Room also doesnt provide complete bathing set.
