Near the airport”

The traffic conditions in Ho Chi Minh City are very poor, the roads are always congested. Queues at the airport check-in, immigration and custom counters are always a hassle. Therefore I like this hotel because it is very near the airport, about 15 minutes drive by taxi. The boss and his son (part-time) speaks English and the rooms are clean enough, only the clock is always not working. Shops, cafes and markets are within walking distance. For drawbacks, firstly its difficult to hail a taxi from the main room, you must walk to the road behind the hotel. Secondly, its slightly far from city centre but that's not really an issue as taxis are plentiful.

The room is big enough for 4 people even we have only 3. The toilet & bathroom is spacious but room should be cleaned more because at that time they rebuilt some part of the gate. So far, it's ok for the price & location but it should be named as hostel, not hotel.

Great one night stopover”

The staff try to be helpful but need to phone a friend to understand any requests in English. The location is close to the airport in a fairly run down area of the city. Room was clean and suited me fine. The staff did direct me to a very pleasant restaurant just 200 metres down the road for dinner. Very good value for a stop over for a connecting flight

I stay at this hotel only 1 day. The first impression, I met 1 lazy receptionist. Because my flight comes a little lately follow the plan. The second, I got the better when seeing the furniture -- It's very clean. The third, after I have dinner in District 1. When i come back the hotel. I lost more than 10' to ring the bell and waiting in outside

Hidden Charged”

I wish they had told me that there were extra charges for early check-in. They charged us for another night's worth for checking in early when we checked out, without any prior knowledge. I understand if that's what they have to do, but they didn't tell us anything until we were leaving. I find it dishonest and shady. Wouldn't book again. The location is on a one-way street so you'd have to wait if your taxi or Grab car is coming from the opposite direction.

Held my passport for ransom over late fee dispute”

​ I booked the Deluxe Double Room here, which was listed as having a desk, but it did not have a desk. I moved a round glass table from the hallway to serve as a desk. At around 10am the next morning, I asked the front desk if I could check out at 2pm. They said yes. When I checked out at 2pm, they wanted an extra 100,000 VND for late charge. Their argument was that they said yes, I could check out at 2pm, but did not say free. My argument was that if you say yes to letting me check out at 2pm but want to charge extra, you should have told me I would have to pay extra. Most hotels that say yes, don't expect extra payment. And if they do expect extra payment, they would tell me up front when I asked early in the morning at 10am. He kept my passport locked up until I paid him the 100,000 VND.

Nicht das beste Hotel aber zum schlafen absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist älter und spärlich aber ganz ok. Hatten leider eine Ameisenstraße im Bett.

一番安い部屋に泊まりましたが、なんとこの値段でちゃんとホットシャワーを使うことができました！部屋もきれいだし、スタッフさんも明るくて優しい人たちでいい感じでした＾＾空港からとても近いです。（I stayed at the most reasonable room,but it was very good. Because I could use a hot shower!(^^)v The room was clean, and the staff members are very kind to me. And this hotel is located near from an airport.

Ks thiếu trách nhiệm nhất trước giờ mình gặp”

Báo là đăng kí phòng thất bại nhưng lại trừ tiền. Mình tưởng đặt không được nên tìm ks khác, Vậy mà cái xó này vẫn chẳng thèm liên hệ mình, chắc nhận tiền rồi không thèm biết khách có ở không đây mà. Vô trách nhiệm
