Nice place”

The hotel is near the metro stations and bus stops. Its really clean, they clean the room everyday and change the towels. They even gave us discount for the breakfast which is not included in the room. We definitely had a great time in the hotel and its worth the price. Recommendable!

Good hotel, excellent service”

The room was very small but it's what we expected since the price for the hotel was very reasonable compared to other hotels. The location is good since it is 3 blocks away from the tube station and 10 minutes walk from the train, there are also 2 small supermarkets across the street that open even on a Sunday when nothing else is open. Once you get on the tube it is only a 10-15 minute ride to the Eiffel tower. It was also very easy to get from the hotel to Versailles palace. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget or backpacking, but be prepared for a small room and a small bathroom. Overall it was clean.

Good Friendly Hotel, in good location to services”

Good Hotel, in a good location, for all amenities, food, transport and the river seine. Overall very friendly and helpful staff, who were very knowledgable of the overall area. If ever in paris will stay there again for sure.

Good stay”

the hotel is slightly far from the center of the city. also it takes 10-minute walk from the closest subway station, marcel sembat. though the hotel room was small, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i think the hotel is worse for the price. in addition, wi-fi works very well in my room.

Fantastic budget hotel”

Honestly many people just complain. For us we loved this hotel. Clean, simple and only a 7 minute walk to a train direct to the Eiffel Tower.

worth the money”

it only took 10 minutes walk to nearest metro, and 3 minutes for Bus Stop. only took 1 metro without change to trocadero, the neighbor surround the area is nice. 10 minutes walk would means nothing, because there's plenty of super market, boulangerie, Brasserie, etc. Night walk is safe, everyone is still roam around the area until midnight. room is small, but acceptable, since it have bath tub, and tv. Don't forget to pay 1Eur Tax, and remind the staff if you already paid it, because i almost charged twice for the city tax. Overall, it's good for the money

No-frills, neat, well-maintained hotel”

My stay was smooth and pleasant. Being a woman traveling alone, I really liked how the staff helped me with directions to places, getting me taxis, etc. But the rate I got through Agoda was the same as the one available there directly. Though as it was a very decent rate, it didn't pinch me!

Good if you just need a place to sleep”

This hotel was nothing special but it wasn't a complete dump either. 800m walking distance from the nearest metro station, lots of bakeries and supermarkets in the vicinity. Water pressure in the shower was good. The lift was a bit dodgy so we mostly walked up the five flights of stairs. If you are just looking for a place to sleep at night it's fine.

The 2 front desk staffs ruin the Paris experience”

My name is Khoi, Asian American. The stay at the hotel on Oct 31 and Nov 1 of 2018 was probably the worst experience I have ever had worldwide. Upon arrival on Oct 31 at a very late time, the front desk guy named Isamel Night literally took an hour to check us in. I understood I made an error with guest count at the time of making a reservation but he gave us such a hard time just to get a room despite my will to pay for whatever amount for an extra bed so that we can quickly check in. We finally checked in after an hour long wait and were given a very small single bed room. After some dispute, we were given a bigger double bed room and he told us we would need to get another room for the next day stay which I agreed. Next day, the morning shift receptionist who I regretted not getting her name (Nov 1) called into a room and told me “one of you need to get out, now” in a manner that cannot be any ruder. I quickly booked another room but I felt so discriminated by her manner.

Old, Small, Rude and Unprofessional staffs”

The room is as small as you can think of. The escalator can only fit one person at the time. The night front desk guy (Isamel Night) and the morning front desk lady who work on Nov 1 ruined the Paris experience because of their unprofessional, racial like discriminated manner as we looked Asian. Even the cheapest motel in the American I wouldn’t expect this type of service. Hotel management, I was really pissed at your your two particular staffs. Do something or else you will see more complains like mine

Not Satisfied”

I booked a room with a big bed but they give us 2 bed that were put together. It is not practical because it separates every time we move. Also the window is broken. We called the reception but no one came. We can’t sleep very well because of the noise outside. At least the room is clean.

Disappointing”

I booked one large bed and I got 2 twins side by side. Pictures are dating from the origin, it looks quite different now. Beside cleanliness, the only good thing is the kindness of the night receptionist. Will not go again.

Far from Metro”

It's ok for a short overnight stay. Clean enough rooms but small but then it's small everywhere in this city. Too far from metro stops and not much going on around here.

no air conditioning in the room, a little far from metro if you are travelling with huge luggages, you will suffer. internet is slow. staff performance was ok only. nothing great about this hotel

Please avoid this HOSTEL”

Don't trust pictures. It's the worst and noisy hostel I have been. It's not a 2 stars hotel but a hostel. I'm really disappointed. Don't loose your money.

Plastic bathroom”

The hotel "offers" free parking on the street, but it's not free to park there. We chose this hotel because of the free parking, but had to end up parking the car at any private parking facilities. The photo of the bathroom definitely doesn't do justice. Our bathroom was all plastic and uncomfortable to use. It looks nothing like the pictures and we were definitely disapointed with that. The location was good enough if you plan on taking the metro downtown anyways. The staff was fine and kind to us.

Terrible ”

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Got on the first night a room I didn’t book and when I asked for the one I booked, they said it was already given to someone else and that I should wait one night, till I would get it. Got moved in the room that I originally booked, where the shower was broken and the paint was coming off the walls. Breakfast was decent, but it didn’t make out for the other stuff.
