Very good”

Booked a for one night stay after a flight into Denver. The place is definitely in a state of renovation - the posted pictures are not quite an accurate depiction. Still, my room was clean, quiet, and check in/out was painless. Pros: Close to the airport and highway, restaurant onsite, complimentary breakfast, close to other restaurants. Very clean room and nice comfortable bed. Cons: under renovations and the hallways after the main area are quite dirty, confusing layout.

Great value for the money”

The hotel is under construction right now, so there is some work in the hallways and around the hotel. However, it is mostly cosmetic work, so no heavy equipment or noise. Rooms are big and clean. Modern bathrooms and a nice comfy bed. For the price (around $50.00 that we paid) you will get centrally located hotel (10 min to downtown Denver), free breakfast buffet, free parking and easy check in/out. Would stay again and recommend it.

had a pleasant stay”

had the best room - 219 - with the big jacuzzi in the living room. actually the hotel has still a construction phase, it’s getting a bit noisy around 0800am., but not disturbing. would recommend again, close to food places and close to airport

Awesome remodel, family friendly & upscale luxury hotel feel”

This is honestly a great value for your money. They've done an amazing remodel and it's absolutely gorgeous! They include a nice FULL breakfast. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles, multiple cereal options, juices, coffee, full soda station, and milk! Toppings and yogurt to make yogurt parfaits. It really was a nice stay and a very good value for the hotel. If you're on a budget and want a safe hotel that's nice, this is the one!! Also doors are inside (HOTEL) not motel. Warm, cozy, and soft beds with on the wall temp control and super nice flat screen TV, microwave, and fridge, all included!

A work in progress but helpful staff”

Major renovation, so it was distracting and piecemeal. Will be a premier spot, we heard. Didn't have enough imagination to picture it yet. Breakfast room and items available were mediocre.

Excellent”

My first night was wonderful. Everything was clean and I had a good nights rest. I was gone for the better part of the day visiting with family. The second day when I got in the family across the hall was very noisy but it was quite by the time I wanted to go to sleep. In the morning I woke up to the same group yelling and swearing and then a young lady came to my door and tried to get in, she forgot what room she was in??? After I called the front desk that all stopped. Third night was good again. The accommodations were clean but you could tell that they are working on doing a remodel. I would suggest they put a handicap entrance by the door where the elevator goes up for the second and third floor. It is a long walk for someone with disabilities to get from the lobby to the back elevator. I think their were quite a few families with young children and young adults that tend to party. For a place to sleep it was great.

The construction is very disruptive”

They are remodeling and it really effects your stay. The courtyard view was construction equipment and mounds of dirt. The hallways were freezing because there were double door size holes in the walls because doors were missing. The second day we stopped having hot water. They gave us another room which also had no hot water. It cane back on the next morning so maybe it goe turndd off during the construction. The hotel itself is in a great location and it will be nice once it is more put back together.

Nice staff”

When checking in room we asked if the jacuzzi room would be available the next day. The said it might be and would let us know. The nice girl in front even went out of her day to call us personally when we was out shopping to give us first dibs on that room when it had been cleaned. I thought that was really sweet she remembered us.

Not what you want.”

This must have been a nice place once in a while. Very close to Denver airport. Filthy. The door did not latch. Not didn't lock, didn't latch closed. Trashy people and loud kids everywhere till after midnight. I tried to prefer a local business, should have gone with an $80 dollar chain hotel room. Owner/operator should be ashamed.

Needed hotel near airport”

We haff s change of plans, and needed a hotel near the airport. The price was high but lower than others. Staff was great. Hotel is being renovated. We got in late and were planning to sleep in some but where woken up at 7am to construction directly above our room. The staff apologized but nothing else.

Very good”

This is close to the University of Colorado Health Hospital (UC Health) on the Anschutz campus and near the Childrens' Hospital. The rates were what I would consider low! Our room was nice, but they were totally renovating six suites beside us (like removing and replacing walls). These rooms will be great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles; in addition to the usual cereal, juice and coffee. Elevator, parking, friendly staff. Upscale restaurant attached, full bar. Just off Interstate 70. Suites available for a bit more. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is convenient for DIA and is reasonably priced relative to other hotels in the area. If it got a little bit of a face lift it would be really nice. The staff is nice and helpful but the breakfast is a heart attack waiting to happen. It really needs some more healthy options.

If you are staying here it is only because of the price”

The hotel is under construction so it is a mess. The corridors are disasters and the back stair well smells of cigarettes and urine where people have come out of the cold to crash. Beacuse it is under construction the no one seems to care about keeping them clean. During the construction though they are/were offering the cheapest /night rate in the whole Denverland area. No facilities because it under construction. Many rooms need work- bullet point items - holes need to be filled, toilet paper holder missing a bracket.

Checked out 20 mins after Check In”

The entire hotel was other renovation (which is desperately needed), had stains, and deteriorating features. The room itself was a mattress/box spring on the ground with sheets that had cigarette burns in them as well. The cigarette burns were not limited to the bedding as the chair and floor shared in these features. Ultimately it a pretty awful hotel, though the staff tried to make the best of it. The fact that it charged $90 a night is absurd, and I would not be going out of my way to right a review if it cost $20. Then I know what I'm paying for.

Very good”

The hotel is accessible to the freeways and the staff is helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was when we left in the morning and came back our key card wouldn’t work.

Rooms are clean. Hallways are a mess since they are renovating. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok.

Dirty public places”

Was not a good hotel . Public halls are disgusting. Lots of construction and destroyed sign. The rooms were nice enough, but not that good.
