Our room was a Superior room with a great balcony overlooking the entrance to the hotel and alleyway which was great to people watch and just enjoy the mornings. Room was perfectly made everyday and housekeeping was rarely seen and you were never rushed or door knocked. There is a great spa swimming pool and fitness. Any request to staff for help planning excursions etc was easy and he did a great job at anything you asked him to help with. We will absolutely be back again next year at the same time. We love this place and all staff.

I stayed at the Hagone-Condotel for 18 days in August 2015. My main reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to an scuba engineer training facility. Spending 10 hour days in a classroom or a workshop was tiring, and the return to my room was a blessing. I would usually frequent one of the three 'restaurants', on my way home. Each were clean and pleasant, with welcoming staff. The food, although quite similar was very good and coat maybe US$2.50 a meal. The hotel has seven floors, with two lifts to each floor. My room was very tastefully and artistically presented, a large queen sized bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space, an en-suite toilet and shower room, and even a small kitchenette, complete with stove top, microwave, table and chairs and plentiful crockery and cutlery. The room has a good air conditioner and a ceiling fan, with lights that can be dimmed to ones requirement. There is a good sized LCD TV with cable channels. The location was ideal for me, and the main tourist areas were approx 15 minutes bus ride. A taxi would probably be quicker, but more expensive. Personally, I can not recommend is accommodation enough. I will be returning to continue my engineering education in 2016, and will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely hotel with unique design-living room downstair and bedroom upstair,comfortable and relaxing hotel with tranquil ambience for those who would like to have a sweet and private time with loved ones, and on the other hand, ideal place to gather friends or working colleagues to have private party. Plus point-we are lucky to have approachable and friendly owner of the hotel to drive us to our place of interest-Sanctuary or truth and be our tour guide that recommended us a number of place of interest. Easy access-within walking distance,about 2 km to South Patayya beach(forgot the name already) and night market with a wide variety of stuffs to bargain and buy. Definately would recommend this hotel for the relaxing and enjoyable stay in Patayya.

our staying in here is very pleasant and very nice experience. feels like our own home. we love staying at cozyloft since the owner is very friendly. even if he understand little english and sometimes doesn't know what we're asking, but his eager to help us already got a high friendly point. lol. just to remind, this hotel is far away from pattaya beach, but you can take taxi to go there (beware, taxi in pattaya always want to bargain and refuse to use meter. never agree more than 200 baht since anywhere in pattaya is very near and close!) but this hotel is perfect for group traveler and a big family who wants privacy, and big space. its very comfortable to stay here! a bit hard to find food here, but you can eat at food court near outlet mall that is located very close to this apartement. the food court has lots of food that is quite tasty and then you also can take a look at the outlet mall. every friday, saturday, sunday, there is night market just in front of this apartement and their price is very cheap already. i compare their price with platinum mall and chatucak market, and seriously regret not buying some stuff in this market. if the owner already said its fixed price, just buy it or you'll be regret. just like me. after all, we would love to stay here again in our next journey to bkk.. because its so worth the price.

the place is ok. the location is rather further away but can reach night market and department store nearby. this is a quiet place. there is wifi available. the decoration is modern. since it is an apartment, do not expect hotel service. the restroom door is a see-through glass. so, don't stay here with a same sex friend unless you are a gay. the good news is the lcd tv is very big. at least, it is in my room. therefore you can enjoy tv programs if you want.
