Excellent”

Stayed only for one night so didn't really have time to check anything, but the hotel provided plenty of facilities for your needs on your stay. The staff are helpful, bed is comfortable, amenities are good, and electric kettle is provided for your hot coffee/tea in the morning. Located quite close to Surabaya Gubeng Station (around 10 min. walk). Definitely a recommended place to stay in Surabaya.

Good Transit Hotel”

Location - Hotel is walking distance from Gubeng Train Station, which is ideal if Surabaya is a layover city or if you have a late train ride. Used Google Maps and managed to find at least 2 good restaurants that sell nice food nearby. There's also a convenience stall about 5 min walk away, which is very convenient. However, this convenience stall doesn't sell alcohol, so take that in mind if you do drink. Overall, can't really complain much about the hotel. Television channels were complete and rooms had an in-room safe. Sadly, would be perfect to me if they had a mini-fridge.

New, Clean, Friendly staffs & Comfortable Hotel”

The hotel is new & clean. My husband & I were actually doing a transit in Surabaya before our flight to our home country. We were impressed with the bedding that this hotel provided. The mattress and pillow was comfortable and clean and we really had a good rest in this hotel. Water dispenser is available. There are a lot of positive quotes on the wall in the room and walk way. The hotel location is great too. It is only 3 - 5 mins walk to the Surabaya Plaza Mall. We were also impressed by the simple buffet breakfast that the hotel provided. Although the variety of buffet breakfast was not a lot but the food tasted really good and authentic. It was the one year anniversary of this hotel on the day we checked out. The MD - Ms Dewi personally thanked the customers at the front desk and we were given a nice pudding to enjoy while we were on the way to the airport.

Good hotel, Family Friendly”

Strategiclly located in the heart of surabaya city center. Rooms is quite basic but it fulfills all your needs. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist everything you asked for Ac is cold, tv has international channels, and the bed is quite comfortable. Good enough to stay for one or two nights

Very good”

Good hotel in the centre of Surabaya, walking distance from the train station. The bed was really big and comfortable. The bathroom had an actual shower cabin, great so the floor isn’t drenched all the time. However the sheets were not clean and the towels were gray instead of white. The breakfast is a buffet, it would be great to have eggs and better toast spreads (I tried them all and didn’t like any).

Great hotel at extremely reasonable prices”

The hotel is well furnished and clean. The room is well maintained and spacious, comfortable for a couple of nights stay. The location of the hotel, however, is slightly off the city center. There is a public bus that I took to go to the airport (with one transfer) nearby.

good Budget hotel, still need improvement.”

It is a good hotel, Very good budget hotel actualy. The room cleaness is good, staff also helpfull. But there were a few downside of this hotel: -Hot water are not warm enough -Liquid Soap are empty for 2 nights in a row ( room service dept allready being told at the 1 day ) -A lot of noises cause from the hotel renovation -breakfast are not enough , they are lacking of breakfast control. We need to wait to get their breakfast ready, all plate empty at their serving table. Good budget hotel but need improvement. Cheers.

Good location with a fairly good price. Lack of parking space but fortunately can park by the side of the road. Plaza Surabaya and Submarine Monument is within walking distance.

Nice hotel but staff a bit slow response”

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mom.It was nice and pleasant hotel. The room was clean, complete with electric kettle, tea, coffee, and mineral water, food also nice. But do not left any of your stuff inside hotel, cause staff a bit slow response. I left my laptop charger, and immidiately called them on 23rd dec, and several times called them on the other days, finally staff sent the charger on 29th dec.

Central location”

We had a late check in but the staff were friendly and also told us about the breakfast the next day. Could smell smoke drifting from other rooms even though we specified a non-smoking room. Nevertheless the room is clean and basic. Woke up early for breakfast around 6am and the food was already prepared. The hotel is located near the train station, around 10 minutes on foot. Recommended if you have an early train departure to catch the next day.

Budget hotel at main city of Surabaya. value of money. if you want to have omelette or any kind of egg product, you have to ask since its not provided in the breakfast buffet yet it free

cheap smart hotel considering its location”

I heard that the hotel was launched just 1week prior to my arrival.. no wonder it wasn't set up properly (i.e. qibla direction), however the staffs are helpful and able to put that upon our request.. Staffs are extremely friendly, especially to children and babies..

The hotel location is strategic. Price is super cheap. Because of the price you will get small room (of course) Negative think is the hotel really need pest control. There many small coachroach there. The bed is little bit itchy. The food in breakfast easily runs out quickly and but not refilled by staff.
