          location and comfortable bed
          I asked the room be cleaned. I was asked if I need the bed sheets changed and I replied that wasn’t necessary to change the sheets. I was delivered new towels however the bed wasn’t made, they didn’t whip down any surfaces at all. I called the front desk when I returned to my room and they offered to send someone to clean however it was time for me to get ready for an event.

          Nice interior and bathroom. Nice roof top swimming pool.
          The doors slammed very, very loudly which made me wake up at night and early in the morning a few times during my stay at the hotel. The noise was so loud that my bed headrest shook slightly whenever someone on my floor left or entered their room. The rest was okay, but I would struggle to find anything I could call amazing. Cleanliness was good, but I wish the cleaning persons would change the dirty glasses and refilled the tea and milk suppliers which was never the case (I stayed for 5 days).

          The location was great! Very inviting and beautiful area. Staff were helpful and made the stay enjoyable. The luxury of not having to go far to get a nice meal from one of the local restaurants in the area with a nice variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel because all of the staff were amazing!
          The weather but unfortunately the hotel can&#39;t control that. Would love to return to be able to utilize the rooftop pool when the weather is nicer.

          The location was within walking distance to many restaurants. In addition, they allowed small pets.
          Valet parking is completely unnecessary and shouldn’t be a requirement. Forcing customers to use a service they don’t necessarily want will push them to stay at another hotel.

          Food is ok, pool area is nice, lots of restaurants close.
          It was dirty hotel for $500 a night. Hair, food and tons of stains on the seats in the restaurant every morning at breakfast time. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival with someone hair all over the shower, with film on the door and floor. My room was poorly cleaned every day, limited closet space, no toilet paper or tissues, drag street racing and very loud parties every night until 4am. Not worth the price in anyway shape or form. They kept charging my card every day and they knew there was a system glitch. For the money I paid it was a huge disappointment.

          Other than the poor communication, and the eventbrite failure, the hotel was nice.”

          The building was nice.
          The customer service was not the best. They were supposed to add a night to our reservation and said they had, but then housekeeping kept trying to get us out and didn’t speak english. Then our television and air was shut off. I had to contact the front desk to reverify our reservation. We didn’t end up staying the extra night and the front desk refused to give us a refund.

          Room was very nice. Shower was amazing.
          We had our Do Not Disturb sign out &amp; still house keeping came in our room, took a bunch of towels, changed out the soap which we were fine to still be using. VERY DISCONCERTING!!! Couldn&#39;t bring drinks from our room to the pool area.

          The hotel is brand new. Fresh and well appointed. Lovely rooms. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Everything looks great on arrival.
          Although beautiful and well-appointed, friendly, this new hotel did not seem ready for prime time yet: We arrived tired and hungry but there were no food options mid-afternoon. No bar at that time either. No minibar or wine glasses in rooms. No room service available. Rooftop bar opened at 5 but were out of so many items: i.e. no ginger beer, and I heard other guests have their requests turned down. Snacks we ordered arrived late and in tough condition. Morning; We went to the combo gift shop -coffee shop and it was overwhelmed, out of pastry, and a huge line for coffee. Restaurant was open, but no option for a quick breakfast.
