The staff wer super friendly and always willing to help. I feel like im at home. The food is super tasty, if i had more room in my stomach, i would have ordered more. The bathroom are super comfortable. Didnt feel any awkwardness when im doing my business and taking a shower. The view that i had in my hotel room was astonishing. Didnt know i could find peace by just staying in a hotel room. I would stay here again if i had the chance to. I would never missed it !

Serious the Best Hotel Ive ever stayed at”
Stayed for 9 nights end of Jan and this place is amazing. The awesome breakfast alone was worth the daily rate (NZD 90) for 2Adults and 2 kids. The room was really nice and clean with a great view of the city. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect being part of a shopping mall with food court and 2 mins walk to the river with its amazing bridge and light show. Love Kuching and Love this Hotel.

I went there 1 day before my birthday. N they made this birthday a memorable one. In my birthday, I received a surprise cake from the hotel! It was so lovely 😍. They don’t have to do anything special to get good reputation because their service is incredible enough to get them good reviews. I’m a vegetarian. Their buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had before! It fed me until dinner time! 😂 Cleanliness, location, staffs, etc.. amazing! Friendly and helpful crew of staffs! hotel was perfect, great location,staff of the hotel very nice n frenly,Just one thing need to improve...i was staying in executive room, the rooms are nice but the problem is smelly when the first time i come in, The carpet need to be change, the smell from the room came from the carpet bcos it was an old carpet that havent been change or clean.

Its me again. (see my prev review)Satisfying with all the service, cleanliness, location, friendly staff ,etc. Hope to feel a real buffet style after The New Norm. A bit uncorcomfortable because im a solo /business traveller. Use to do all by myself including taking my own fodd.. Hahaha. .. well not a big deal actually. We have stayed here multiple times. This place is so centrally located that it is easier to walk around to the riverbank to get food, or get a boat ride, buy souvenirs and shops. The breakfast is good with variety of food. The room is always clean and beautiful. No complaints from me. Perfect.

Cleanliness is superb, very nice facilities & satisfaction for toiletries provided . Location is at the heart of the city, people with no transport can go to shop nearby such as India Street, Masjid Darul Hana Bridge, Waterfront etc. For breakfast abit of so so, not use to this type of serving. Or is this a new norm? An assistant chef help us to select our food instead of we are taking by ourself, . There are no much options for breakfast as compare to other (for free breakfast option). But overall ok with friendly staff. Tqvm for your service. Felt like home

We booked family deluxe city view with breakfast. Good room size, nice breakfast, amenities works n good security using card access. We viewed the musical fountain briefly from level 4. Grab is easily booked at this hotel as is with other location in Kuching. Highly recommended just for their staff attentiveness and super nice hotel. Artrageous. Nice tagline.

Except for the view and carpet, everything else are just good and well maintained. We got empty wall view (my bad, didn't choose the right view) The corridor's carpet has damped smell. Room amenities and cleanliness are good. Varieties buffet line.
