Was a great stay but unfortunately the people that service the rooms let them down”
Went to make a coffee and there were 2 yes 2 open little sugar packets that had been put back with the full ones. And they had left less than a half a roll of toilet paper possibly an over site

Public Relations??? - Managers Behaviour”
Returning to the unit at 23:30hrs Easter Saturday we couldn't unlock our door; reception was closed; we left a message on the 'Emergency' number - the answer phone in reception! No-one came; no other directions for assistance provided. Eventually we gained entry. The next morning the Manager who lives above reception greeted us with: a list on excuses validating the lack of support and an obvious growing irritable attitude '... I was tired and didn't hear the phone out in the lounge ..I don't take it to bed; ...I work 15hrs pd 7 days a week...I'm only human.....'. No understanding of the potential severity of the situation to paying guests - what if we couldn't get in and it was a storm as predicted? No attitude from us. Eventually '..I apologise...I'm only human..' Get more staff; accept responsibility; enrol in a PR course; get rid of the attitude! We pay for a bed not a doorstep! Remember, the customer is always right; we pay your bills! Maybe a new manager is needed!

No milk given at arrival, only 1 breakfast spoon, sharp knife handle comes off, leaking toilet cistern, so evey hour it refills and the water pipes then rattle. very good bed, was huge and comfy.

We needed a room for 2 Adults and 3 kids, the hotel space is great and came with private spa pool. We drove around and found our hotel choice is the best to meet our needs. Staff service was great too. Unlimited wifi usage.

Quiet location providing an ideal stop over for our journey from Rotorua to Wellington. Room a good size with good amenities. Used the pool and spa facilities which were a bonus. Convenient for plenty of eating options with a short drive.
