Staffs were great, parking location were safe and good as they have their own security. Room cleanliness was great, if theres something to complain, It will be that the sound proofing of the room isn't that great and also the hallway outside the rooms are not air conditioned as if can be really humid while walking / waiting at the lift area. Other than that, rooms are spacious and great to stay.

Still Standing Strong”
Despite the pandemic situation, the premise is still in nice condition despite many actions taken by the management to reduce overhead cost like delamping and air conditioning. Expect a darker and warmer hallway corridor to your room but don't worry, this won't fright you all off. The lighting and ventilation are still manageable. Room is nice, neat and tidy as always. Pool is well maintained and those S.O.Ps are enforced. Close to tourist attraction sites, eateries and malls within walking distance, that's a plus point.

Nice and clean hotel! Breakfast was so - so. Nasi lemak please dont put herbs. Not everyone can it. Just simplify the foods but variety. Can imrpove the breakfast next time. Pool untill 6pm. Must checkin and helpfull staff. Nice pool view the city. Will come here again when come to Melaka.

Room size: 5/5 (love that they hv kitchen sink in a King size room. Cleanliness: 3.5/5 Breakfast: 4.5/5 (good spread for the price we pay, add rm24/adult) Location: 4.5/5 (there are coffeeshops just outside of the hotel, and new to Jonker St.) Condition of hotel: 3.5/5 Parking: 4/5 (free parking , sharing with Noble Hotel) Staff: 4.5/5 (Security guards are very friendly) If you are looking for some food souvenir from Malacca, can get from Hock Kee Confectionary shop near the hotel. Their Waffles, buttermilk biscuit and pineapple cookies are awesome! They hv an outlet in Jonker St too, but why go to Jonker when you can get it near the hotel before you leave Malacca.

Room is big and clean....very near to Dataran Pahlawan. Lots of eateries nearby. Staff is polite and always with a smile. Check in and out is a breeze. Stayed one night...did not manage to try the pool.

Th hotel and the room was very clean and spacious. I booked rge Deluxe Suite and it was great. The counter staff was very polite. Upon checking in, my Air Contioning System was not working, after callimg the counter staff, the repairman came within few minutes to repair them and it was working great after that. That was what I call efficient. The only Con was the breakfast food variety was limited and the fresh milk was not cold. But the foods was very tasty especially the Corns and main dishes. Overall the Stay was very2 good Will definitely come back in near future.

Lift and parking is a major concern. ”
Only one lift and one emergency lift work at that time (after new year) and it's a problem when we're trying to check out on time. Luckily they don't charge late fee for late check out due to the lift. You have to pay deposit to get parking card and to park for free. But the deposit is redeemable after check out. Maybe they can upgrade the service soon. Breakfast was OK. Room was spacious and clean. Nice and clean pool too.
