good location close to osmena circle, but much cheaper than the big hotels around the circle”
Very helpful and friendly staff. In the middle between downtown sights and osmena circle. Both only 6 peso or 3 minutes away by jeepney. I always stay here, when I am in cebu. Clean, big enough rooms, quiet, frienly staff, good value for money.

When you want to budget your stay in Cebu, I would gladly recommend this pension house. Airconditioned, with tv, wifi, comfort roooms, and a guard. The place is quiet too. I'll be coming over here next time.

Tired and basic”
Good value for the centre of Cebu city but the 8 nearby hotels didn't have a single spare room (I physically visited them all) yet this hotel did which was lucky for me. 4G phone data signal doesn't get through the metal window mesh into the lower rooms. Toilet didn't flush well, no hot water but it was a big room and the AC worked well.

Decent Place for an AFFORDABLE price”
Pros: *If you are planning to commute around the city this is best place *Airconditioned room is enough to make us sleep sound. *They have evening shift guard that was so nice in accomadating us whenever we came home past 12 AM and even when we left at around 2AM, he is still nice. *WiFi connection is best too Cons: *The caretaker is way too intimidating *When we ask to switch to a better room he came with a great excuse that we already occupy the room so if we switch to another it will require s cleaning once we switch. (That is part of his caretaking responsibilities, I don't wanted.to sound so Bossy but he triggered me) Ending,We still remain on our room. *The Cabinets are old and even the T&B is quite old I guess it needs a replacements for much better experience. *There are just two outlets/plugs so we can't charge our phones when we are watching television(They need to add more of it)

Only if you're cheap or desperate”
This place is old and musty. It's a wore out old building that seriously needs renovated. The furniture and mattress are in awful shape. There is one electrical outlet in the whole room. The bathroom is horrible. If your hard up for a cheap place to stay in Cebu City that's not too far from the ferry port, here's your place. I could give you a long list of bad things but just use your imagination and you won't be far off. On a positive note, there is a gate to keep out honest people. An unarmed guard who was pretty nice. The location is ideal for city access. And an air conditioner that worked. Would I go back? Yes, because I'm a cheapo. Would I recommend it to my friends? Not in this lifetime.

Well located need transport links and shopping but overall very very tired room in need of total refurbishment. Air con unit very noisy and spitting ice onto the bed, cr door almost rotted through at Base, bed sheet last changed I don't know how long ago. All clean but very tired. Main complaint would be 5 locals playing poker and drinking very noisy outside my door until 3am on the first night.. No respect for any residents of pension house.

Budget hostel for backpackers with limited service”
The service they provide in this hostel is really limited so it's mainly for budget backpackers who are only staying in Cebu for a night or two. But you can save a lot of money by eating at the store at the corner - good authentic food.

Good value for a budget room”
We stayed here one night and used it as a transport hub. It was cheap with well working air-con, don't expect too much as the room and the building are quite old. Staff is helpful but could be more caring/friendly. Location is about 1.1km to the center. Wifi does not work very well in the room but very good in the inner yard

It was my first time booking for someone else. And I'm glad they didn't have any problem checking in. I used my credit card and I was concerned coz the voucher says card needs to be presented during check in, good thing agoda customer support assisted me.

Overall my stay here was great. They provided clean towels but there were no soap provided. The shower was also broken i hope they could fix it the next time i get back. I'll give the inn 7/10.

My stay was ok. The place was pretty basic. You got all you need for a basic accommodation. Location is great. It is near the main street near to a university. Perfect for backpackers. Id stay here again if given the chance..

Don't expect a five star hotel, the room is slightly shabby but it's not a bad choice if you want a no frills room with WiFi, aircon and your own bathroom within walking distance of Fuente Osmena Circle.

We stayed for 3 nights here during the sinulog festival. It was ok. Near osmena st which is near the grand parade. It is located in a small alley but i still feel safe even at midnight.

the price is cheap, you actually get what you paid for. the people in the streets don't even know it. the bathroom tiles have black dirt. i felt he was disappointed when he knew that we booked thru agoda or maybe he is just in a bad mood. there's a tv but we were not able to use it. they have wifi but cellulars have a very bad signal.

This pension house cannot receive agoda reservations. We paid for 3 rooms online but they all gave the rooms to those who came earlier. When we arrived, we had no room to stay at even though we already pain online. Be careful...
