Excellent location close to action ”

this was my second stay at the sebel suites. its clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. my studio room was big, clean, quiet (despite being so close to the bars, restaurants and cafes) and very comfortable with everything i needed, including washing machine and dryer! its a short walk into auckland city business district and a number of the cafes/restaurants allow you to charge back to your room.

Incredible rooms and views”

The Sebel is located in a fantastic part of the Auckland Viaduct and is right above the main restaurant bars and nightlife but rooms are very quiet. Very luxurious rooms.

Very Comfortable”

The hotel staff was extremely helpful with handling our luggage. We had a tight schedule, dropping off our luggage and getting to an appointment. The staff took our luggage and transferred it to our room when available. The room was large and very comfortable. Again the staff was most helpful from our first walking through the door all the way to our exiting the hotel after checking out of the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel and should we ever return to Auckland, we will stay there.

Excellent location”

Stayed 3 nights here and it was fabulous! Checking in and parking is easy here. We had fantastic foods Harbour viaduct, chilled out at night and walked back to hotel. Maritime is also just next to our hotel! Everything is really perfect! When I dialled reception for towels, they came to my room almost instantly!!! In other hotels, it probably takes them half an hour or so! Really Le Accor group, its really best. :)

Great views, great rooms and great location.”

We always stay at the Sebel Suites when visiting Auckland as its convenient central location suits us. We both like to wake up in the morning and look out over the marina and boats and take in the sounds and atmosphere around the hotel. Service is of a high standard and staff are very helpful

Great location - but e bit tired for the price”

The location is great and the double glazing great for stopping the noise from the Viaduct nightlife. Overall the décor is showing signs of being tired and the internal doors, kitchen units a bit scuffed and don't close neatly. So for the price charged - I would expect a better level of fitout. The car parking spaces are tiny - my recommendation would be to have a city run about - certainly not a family saloon if you want to park at the Sebel.

Fabulous views of the Auckland marina”

We spent 3 days in a marina view suite. It was very comfortable and clean with great facilities to self cater including an oven and dishwasher. We loved the view of the marina from our suite and trying out the variety of good restaurants on the marina. It is also well located for the ferry port. We will stay there again when we visit Auckland.

It was ideal in terms of location. Right next to the vital hub of Auckland the viaduct.

comfortable Very close to all the good clubs in auckland and has beautiful views of the waterfront. Great night life great sleeping facilities, very clean and tidy. The hotel looks almost new! a little bit expensive but worth it for the location and night life

Very much enjoyed the location as good for walking to harbour.Also walking distance to Auckland City centre.Great location for catching ferries to various islands.

Great location, terrific views and nice decor & layout ”

Just a perfect suite for the weekend or week holiday. Access is convenient and reasonably priced. Would book again when next in Auckland.

Best Location in Auckland”

Room very compact but functional. However the draw is the location. The lobby literally exits onto the Viaduct surrounded by multimillionaire's yachts and the city's "must be seen" hot spots. Auckland's great sea food and nightlife restaurants line the harbour wall and mean you never actually need to walk more then a few hundred steps to have a fantastic couple of days. Parking was quite contrived and passcode needed from the lobby to enter the basement. Parking also very expensive at nearly $40 per day. Staff did not help with bags to and from the car park or lobby to the room but were efficient on every other request. Many rooms have very bad view of multi story car park so if you crave a sea view you will need to pay up or book ell in advance.

Great Location, Well Appointed Rooms”

Good hotel within walking distance to city centre, harbourfront, attractions and restaurants. Good views of the harbourfront. Rooms were well maintained one bedroom suites with kitchenette. Helpful staff! Would stay again.

Perfect location!”

Perfect location by the Viaduct Wharf. Back hotel door connects to the wharf of restaurants row. Stayed in Studio room. Clean and decent room with microwave and washing machine. Too bad no free wifi in the public area.

Fantastic Location Good restaurants nearby”

When I arrived they had given me a really dark room, when I complained they immediately upgraded me from 2nd floor to 5th floor. Will stay again next time I am in Auckland

we only stay for two nice but we love every minutes there. got up grade to twin suit that is the bonus. nice hotel nice room could not say a bad word about this place.

Centrally located to waterfront”

My stay at the sebel was pleasant and very efficient from a business perspective. Enough space to do some work in the room, whilst very close to restaurants and shops.

great location at the viaduct, however initial room was very small overlooking the carpark. once i discussed with reception, moved to a larger room with a street view.
