Good”

The place is walking distance to the street drinking scene along Pham Ngu Lao and Ben Thanh Market & Food Market. To the left is the wet market, but if you will walk thru it you will find an eatery that sells good Vietnamese barbecue. 👌🏻 There's also 24 hour convenient stores nearby. The bus station to the airport is just right across the street. If you are expecting 3 or 5 star hotel this is not the one. However with the convenient location, for a first timer in Ho Chi Minh, it contributed to a memorable experience. The staffs speak English by the way, so communication wouldn't be a problem. Overall, if you are just looking for a decent place to sleep and take a bath, this is indeed reasonable.

This is a strategic place for a couple. A lot of convenient shop a long the hotel. Bui Vien Street just behind the hotel and a lot of entertainment found during the night.

Good budget stay”

If your travelling on a low budget then his hotel is perfect however if your looking for home comforts then you will not find that here as very basic. We enjoyed our stay

Disappointing- not as advertised!”

I stayed in the VIP king suite for Christmas and paid more for the privilege of a large room, extra facilities and a bath. The room was large, slightly dated and dirty in the draws. There were children’s stickers stuck around the room too. As the hotel is on a main road outside the bus station it is loud 24/7. The bed was comfy, we had a balcony and toiletries, towels, kettle, hair dryer, fridge and TV. The room stated it had a sofa which it didn’t. We paid extra to have a bath, to which we found we had no hot water or in the sink. The receptionist she said she would get the mechanic to sort it that evening. He came up to the room and showed us how to use the shower - we explained we wanted a bath and he said the hot water was broken. We complained and asked to speak to the boss for some money back as we couldn’t use it and were told by the owner we wouldn’t be getting a refund although we had paid over £7 more compared to other rooms! Appalling response - never stay again!

Near to local market ”

The local market selling all sort of food from fresh vegetables to seafood, meat, flowers, groceries, clothing, ready eat food and many more. Could grab breakfast here as it only open morning session. The only down side would be it's near to karaoke premise too. So it would get noisy and loud from evening till the next morning. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast you can have a choice of instant noodle, bread with egg or pho. But breakfast is at 4th floor, need to walk up for it.

Good location, not so clean place”

Area is accessible to tourist attractions, many stores/ restaurants nearby. Room is dirty. The environment outside the hotel is unpleasant compared to other districts.

Next to Karaoke”

This hotel just next to karaoke, music all night long until morning. It was a bad night.

Cheap and good location ”

Easy to find food and just a 10mins walk to the market.

If you are a light sleeper, FORGET ABOUT THIS PLACE”

Mobile karaoke stalls at the alley, and some dodgy karaoke pub next door, traffic below, bus station directly opposite. You will be assaulted by noise the entire day. Rooms are not soundproof. Breakfast is, practically negligible. But if you don't wanna miss your bus out of town, this will be the closest place to just bunk over for the night.

Please fix your app”

The agoda said that I will pay 7 US dollars for 2/pax already but when we arrived the receptionist said that I need to pay 7 dollars more because it is per pax so I'm confused. You should fix your app so you will not cause any hassle to your customers.

Nice staff, building not so much”

Staff were lovely but the building itself was tired with poor fixers etc. Could have had a nice rooftop area but we feel it was neglected. Ants in the bedroom on arrival was disconcerting.

Terrible hotel”

The worst hotel and the worst experience we have ever had. Room smelled like sewage (and window does not open to ventilate the smelly room….). Dangerous and XXS bathroom - socket in the shower area….

Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer hell und die Lage für den Ortsteil auch gut. Man kann fussläufig essen gehen und sich die meistens Sehenswürdigkeiten ca. 20mim Fußweg) ansehen. Leider wirklich dreckig und laut.

Günstige Unterkunft”

Wer eine preisgünstige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir haben das Zimmer gebucht, da wir nur bis Abends noch eine Möglichkeit brauchten, um zu duschen und das Gepäck abzustellen, bis unser Flug startete. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Fernseher ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein, aber zum duschen reichte es aus. Die Betten sind sehr eng, zu zweit hätten wir darin nicht schlafen können. Für den günstigen Preis waren wir allerdings damit zufrieden. Die Lage direkt ums Eck von der Walking-Street ist super.

口コミを読まずに滞在を決めてしまった。。 バスタブが有るから予約したが無かった。 別にいいですが… それよりも、蚊が常にいた。 蚊取り線香炊きまくったけど、どこから入ってくるのかスゴくいました。 それがツラかった。 くちこみで書かれてるような臭いは無かったですが部屋によるかも？ スタッフは愛想良くいい感じでしたよ。

適合短租想要便宜不怕吵的人”

這次入住是為了一早的飛機又不想要夜睡機場所以才選的短住住宿,地點位於巷子 的最尾端,如果是女生獨自住宿,就不建議太晚才出門,除非出門直接叫車。 因為便宜,也不要奢望飯店人員會幫忙搬行李,對了這飯店是沒有電梯的!!所以如果行李很重的人,可能要好好考慮。除了沒有電梯以外最大的問題就是從半夜2點就聽到後面不知道是不是夜店放的音樂,一路吵到早上5點,而且是很清楚的的音樂吵雜聲,也不算飯店的問題,是週遭環境的關係,如要住請自備耳塞吧~ 我們住的是套房,不得不說,在房間內部算表現的不錯,該有的都有,房間算整潔,自已房間的廁所也滿乾淨的! 如果不怕吵,行李不算多,想短住哦可以考慮!

무이네에서 호치민 이동하고 밤비행기 기다려야해서 짐 정리 할 곳 찾는 중 저렴해서 예약했어요 근데 엘베가 없어서 4층까지 낑낑 들고 올라갔어요 그거빼고는 정리하고 나올 정도로 괜찮았어요 포퀸 근처예요

디럭스방에 묵었는데 진짜 별로였습니다 일단 밖에 소음이 너무 들어오고 커튼도 약하고 베란다로 가는문에는 커튼이 없어서 6시에 자동 기상됩니다 엘레베이터도 없고 암튼 소음과 햇볕때문에 편하게 쉴수 없고 아 에어콘도 약해서 힘들었습니다
