Obviously a refurbished hotel, but the place is quite well maintained. Rooms, facilities, gardens, footpaths, restaurant - all clean and functional. Staff are courteous and helpful. Dedi at the restaurant was exceptional!

Peaceful Hotel Next to City Area”
It's location is not exactly in the city area but it's just took a walking of 20 min or 8min by car to reach the city. As i'm going for business trip, the only thing which i'd to comment is that the lighting in the room is quit dim even though all light have been switched on. Except for it, it's a nice hotel in term of facilities, and amenities moreover if you are looking for a hotel that can give you a pierce of mind in stay.

Abit dissapointing ”
Booked a different room as compared to the previous trips i had made reservations before. This room booked was old, and also far from the lobby. last few ones was in the same building as the check in counter and breakfast cafe was. So this trip was a let down.

Quick stop-over for business at nearby Steel Plant”
This is my second stay at Royale Krakatau. It is perfect location for my site work (nearby) Staff are friendly, room is good and always well prepared. Have not had a chance to try out Spa yet - maybe on my next trip.
