Great service and hospitality!”
I had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The room was big, clean, the view is great. I loveeee the bathtub with view! But one thing that I really love about my stay is their service is AWESOME! Put a special request and asking a higher level with great view because I was so stressed out lately. And they gave me a great room! And they left a cute message on my room and they gave me a complimentary box of chocolate with a note from the team saying that hope the chocolatecan help me to release my stress away. I think it's really thoughtful! The food is great, the staff is really kind and helpful! I will definitely come back to this hotel. Awesome work, Ritz!

I really love their service! The moment i entered the hotel until I went inside the car to go home, they give a good good service. The staff are very helpful, polite and always smiling (giving me so much good vibes). The room is very clean and quite spacious as well. So i have no complaint about it. The breakfast is good as well. The protocol to maintain hygiene during Covid19 is good as well. So i have no worries about it. So, i need to repeat one more time, their service is the best. I have a good experience to stay in here and surely will come back soon.

Staycation”
Stayed 2 nights at the Grand Room with 2 double beds. Big room, big window and clean. Kids love the bathtub (bring your own bubble bath). Breakfast was standard, they have 3 sessions, we took the last session from 9-10 AM, it was quite full but the tables were far apart. Swimming pool is great, the depth is at 1.2m. You need to book what time you want to swim, it is limited to 20 people per hour. We picked 12-1 PM, there were only another family in the pool, plenty of space for safe distancing. Staffs are lovely, when they made up the room, they left a panda made up from towel and some chocolates ... kids were happy, thank you for that :)

Best in the Industry”
Arrived early and the concierge immediately made arrangements for my early check i. Whilst waiting we were brought to the buffet breakfast for refreshments, which was a very nice touch. The room is as expected of Ritz Carlton, very clean and beautifully decorated for our special occasion. Staff also made sure that my partner was well taken care of with welcome drinks, an anniversary cake and much more. Compliments to the RC Team. Well done.

Exceptional”
I was staying for 2 days. It is very spacious and very clean. The food is the best. The staffs are very friendly and since they changed the way to serve the food for the guest, they always offer us with a lot of food during breakfast. Unfortunatelly, do to the government rules, the pool was not opened yet since the Covid-19 was extremely high. Over all, it was an excellence experience.

Staycation during covid19 staycation”
We stay in this hotel on 25th-26th September 2020. During out stay, all the facilities including spa, swimming pool, fitness center and all the restaurant are closed. So all the F&B activities can be done only in our room(including the lounge access). If your room included the lounge access, you will get a one time lunch and dinner for two people. Those in room dining are the complimentary or should i say compensation we got because the lounges and restaurants are close. so, the overall services given by the hotel during the pandemic are excellent, although all the facilities are closed.

My most fav hotel in Jakarta”
Since the day I started to do business trip to Jkt, I had always stayed in Ritz Carlton specifically at Mega Kuningan. Room is super super big for a solo man. the toilet with the bathtub and the wardrobe walkin next to the toilet is big enough for a room around 150 sq ft, excluding the sleeping room with the sofa and the study table. it is in one word, majestic!

Check in was a bit bumpy, booked Mayfair suite, but wasn't offered executive floor check in. Besides that excellent value for all the bits and piece the executive lounge offers. Hotel is a bit older but well maintained with excellent room amenities and huge Space of 110 Sqm.

Nice place, friendly staff”
A nice place to stay, I asked for a honeymoon arrangement and they arranged it nicely, although there was a problem with the toilet, it was leaking, and contacted the customer service, they quickly find a technician to solve the problem. They have a big outdoor pool and gym. Friendly staff too.

I stayed with my family including 7yr and 3yr boys. The room is accessible to the lounge. It was fabulous!! Even with children, no difficulties to stay here. The hotel provides family room at the lounge. There are some child care programs with free of charge.

A little bit shy of perfection”
Pros Spacious room, top grade facilities, great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Great taste for food. Cons Not the best amenities, the shampoo, soap, and toothpaste seem like ordinary ones. Had better ones at Fairmont and Marriott. To many security check and maybe have a better protocol for security checking. Parking these days are cashless, but what Ritz carlton had was definitely old fashioned. Although the breakfast was delicious, but spent three days and the menu doesn't have the variety I looked for. All and all was a satisfying experience. But like I mentioned, just a bit shy of perfection
