Delightful hotel with a fabulous view”
From the mopment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The delightful receptionist made sure we were accommodated in a beautiful ground-floor room to suit my wife's limited mobility, the assistant manager was incredibly attentive and could not have done more to make our stay memorable. And the breakfasts, served on the terrace, overlokking Plettenberg Bay, were just the best!

Wonderful Experience”
We spent two nights at the Plettenberg Hotel for my birthday in early April and could not have had a more perfect stay. The entire staff is warm and attentive; the service is outstanding, the location beautiful, the food/dining/room service all top notch. I had thought we might leave the hotel for more dining at local restaurants, but that was unnecessary as the food at the hotel was excellent. Heated pool with its magnificent view was lovely. Not only will we be returning, but I wish we could have stayed much longer!

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely loved this hotel situated within steps of the bay and the beach. The hotel staff were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. The room was big and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Plettenberg.

The Plettenberg hotel ticks all the boxes except one, it has lovely rooms, fab breakfast, friendly staff and amazing location, bit of a walk uphill to the Main Street but not too arduous, the one thing it lacks is a gym, all the eating & drinking requires some form of exercise, but the chillaxing vibe and scenery make up for the minor negative

This hotel is in a brilliant location , just a short distance from the main Plettenberg town area and amazing views of the sea! The facilities, attentative staff and AMAZING food from chef Richie made for an extremely pleasant and memorable stay for our group . We all had no complaints and would stay here in the lovely rooms again with absolutely no hesitations.

I have been to Plett many times over the years but never stayed here, which I regret now. When we arrived and were checking in manager came to the desk to meet and greet us. Whilst our bags were taken to the room we were given a tour of the hotel to show us the facilities. Never had that before. Room is good and very clean. Facilities of the hotel are great. and location is superb. Good security. Don't hesitate .. go. You will not regret it.

I was blown away by this place as it is picture perfect, the views from the main infinity pool is amazing but they have another amazing infinity pool that is heated which is also amazing. The staff treated us so good, they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. This hotel and staff deserve more than 5 stars. I will definitely be coming back.
