    Blankets in one of the 3 rooms in my apt were a little bit damp and got stain on it. Everything else is okay. They provide microwave, water heater, fridge, balcony and living room are quite spacious. Can rent bicycle, RM40 for 4 hours. Can play caroom and congkak at the lobby. The location is near to the Paddock where we can ride horses and play archery..

    Just Renovated !!”

    Price has increased after renovation. If continue to maintain it's cleanliness, it's a nice place to stay. The only setback is parking space which is limited especially during peak season. Nothing can be done about this.

    The apartment with 3 bedroom is spacious & clean. They also provide traditional congkak & carrom at the lobby . Staff are friendly & should give credit to Kenny. He understands what customer wants .

    Happy stay”

    The apartment was cleanliness was out of our expection . IS CLEAN. The apartment is big. The bathroom shower with hot water was great, just need to clean a bit. No fridge provided but have microwave and basic cutlery. The room and floor was clean too. The outlook of building quite run down. The apartment with balcony was prefect for outdoor view. Very beautiful.

    Accomodation Registration Service ”

    We appreciated what the En Rosli was done for the counter Check in registration process... Eventhough i have to wait more than 4 hours to get the room ready, i dont mind coz i saw that effort from Mr Rosli to coordinate the houskeeping to expedite the cleaning work in order to make rpom is ready to customer. Mr management please to look at this problem seriously and cannot depend on 5 person housekeeper to make ready all apartment in the short time..

    We stayed in a newly refurbished unit, clean and spacious, nice valley view. We are quite worried after reading some others review that this resort did not have fridge and TV; however, our unit did have a mini bar fridge and a local channels smart TV. So during our stay we managed to see some Korean dramas. Hotel cafe provide good ala carte food.

    The best thing about this place is the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating especially Mr Kenny, Rosli and the restaurant staff. I cannot say enough about how welcome they made us feel. A few minor items which are not complaints, just to set the right expectations: 1) They use an old water heater system so you'll need to turn it on 15 mins before taking a shower. 2) Water pressure was good in some rooms but weak in others. 3) House-keeping is upon request so be sure to ask for it if you want it. 4) Food in the restaurant was good but limited. 5) The stairs are a challenge so be sure to get a lower floor if you've got small kids or elderly folks in the group. Overall we enjoyed the place and ambiance. It's a nice place to just sit back and relax and the friendly staff adds to the whole experience. We will revisit.
