Had a lovely stay at The Penthouse KLCC. Pros: 1) Helpful and friendly staff! 2) Beds comfy, great view, a very self contained unit which feels like home. 3) 7-11 and grocery store on site 4) Restaurants, KLCC and free GO KL bus are walking distances away. (My 77 year old mum and aunt managed the walk with ease.) Con: 1) Towel racks needed.

Review for 24th Aug - 25th Aug The location are great, it's walking distance to KL Tower, Hard Rock Cafe, the Starbuck is near. There are convenience store downstairs. The apartments are big, and comfortable. With views facing KLCC. But it's miss some items. Hope the management can provide microwave for the guest, for us to reheat the foods. Other than that, everything is great. One more, hope the management can check the wifi signal, before guest check in. Sometimes it need to reboot the router. ours are hang, we just restart it ourselves. For those drive to this place, bare in mind, the parking are provided at level 6,7. With rate RM 16 per day. The swimming pool, gym and sauna are charge at RM 10 per person. Normal rate are RM 20. Make your reservation at the counter. And deposit for the key card are RM 300. They will give back to you after check out. Just be prepared. The staff are nice and very helpful. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Thank you.

This penthouse is perfect for weekend getaway! We had fun during our stay in the penthouse. We enjoy the Jacuzzi and the KLCC view so much. One of the best booking I've ever made.

Great location, friendly staff and value for money service apt”

We booked a 2 bedrooms service apt and the checkin was so smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and allowed us to checkin 2 hrs before checkin time. He brought us to the service apt and explained the details patiently. The KLCC is just 8 mins walk fr the apt. Monorail is just 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to The Penthouse the next time we are in KL. Keep up the good work!

2 bedroom Unit with daily cleaning. Luckily we were given a room facing the KL tower which was so beautiful at night. The unit is smaller than the picture but we are still happy every room has its own bathroom. 10mins walk to KLCC Suria Mall and lots of restaurants going to the mall. Beside the hotel is a 711 store. Definitely will stay again, Value for money

View is amazing but....”

We booked the presidential penthouse suite that came with the balcony with a view overlooking the KL tower. We enjoyed staying at the penthouse very much, with most of the facilities in working order. We would have preferred to have a dish towel to dry the dishes after it is washed and perhaps a mop to help with keeping the bathrooms dry. Additional towels would have been great to have to dry off after getting out of the jacuzzi. Note that the tiles leading up to the balcony are quite slippery when wet. It was quite disturbing to find the electric kettle filled with slime/mold at the bottom thus rendering it unfit for use. There was a slight confusion during check in where I was given the wrong room despite me very clearly mentioning my full name upon check in. The staff was initially adamant that no mistake was done and it was I who made the wrong booking. It was only after I showed him a private message I left on facebook with the management that he was willing to double check and apologise for having made a mistake. No harm done but as an aside would recommend the management to perhaps make the names of the units less confusing for guest and staff alike. FYI parking is RM10 per entry.

We upgraded our room to the 57th floor for the reason that we immediately fell in love with the view from the balcony. It's so calming that my companions preferred to go back and enjoy the panoramic view of Malaysia. Waaaay better than booking skyline restaurants which comes with a hefty price tag. This is mainly because you can sit comfortably and sleep immediately when you get tired. There’s a Jacuzzi too. The only disadvantage is that they do not have a phone inside the room, so when you need to contact the receptionist (say you’d like to inquire about the tour packages they offer, you would have to go down). Staffs were super gracious… ALL of them! Location – far from the airport but walking distance to Petronas Towers and KL Tower and shopping malls. We just utilized Grab most of the time for our transportation needs (since I am with 4 senior citizens who cannot walk so much). I will definitely go back here. Not the most ideal hotel overall”

Firstly, there’s no phone to call down to reception should you encounter any problem. So in our case, there’s no water supply for both days. We have to take the lift down and inform the counter. We stayed at 37th floor so that’s troublesome. Wifi is strong if that’s a plus point for anyone. But the hotel is not ideally near any landmarks or tourist spots (takes bout 15mins to walk to bukit bintang). We happen to have the room thats not facing KLCC so we missed the whole fireworks action although the plan was to count down in the room. Also misguided by the photos that we booked the penthouse room but we merely just booked one of the rooms in the penthouse hotel.

Closed to Suria KLCC, Hard Rock Cafe, train station heading to Bukit Bintang etc. Street food vendors are just at the back street of the hotel. 711 is on the ground floor selling frozen/hot meals and many others. Great atmosphere!

Even Paying RM1k+ for Penthouse. It Never Stated That I Need To Deposit RM1k. Had Only RM500 and Will Top Up Balance After Heading To ATM. Yet Staff Force To Have RM1k On Hand For It Caused So Much Of Hassel To Find ATM and Stuffs. Staff Doesn't Bother Or Care How Is Your Experience

Amazing ”

My second time here and it's still absolutely amazing! 1000 ringgit for the security deposit and you have to pay for the swimming pool but the penthouse itself is worth the money spent!

Fantastic apartment at the heart of KL”

Stayed in a penthouse room with my family. The top storey with private steam bath and jacuzzi was the highlight, along with the amazing view of KL. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were functional and clean, although the hand showers were in need of a replacement. walking distance to the twin towers.

Good location but.....”

The only good thing about this place is that the location is very good, within walking distance to food , shopping and entertainment. Don't be deceived by the word 'Penthouse', I am one silly one, thinking that penthouse is definitely high floor... NOOOOOOO! I got an unit that is at the 4th floor , furthermore it's like going through the maze to locate the correct elevator to the correct floor... in the elevator only has 2 buttons, one is G for ground floor and the other is 6th floor, where the convenient store and other amenities were, there is no button for 4th floor, need to flash card then the elevator will automatically stop at 3A which is their 4th floor. It was like a treasure hunt going round the circle looking for the correct unit. I will not go for this again , if I'm at KL.

Spacious apartment for 4 adults, with kitchen (basic cookware, crockery, no wine glasses), full size fridge and freezer, and laundry facilities in apartment. Walking distance to KLCC, GoKL free bus service stop 200m fr hotel to go anywhere in the city, lots of restaurant n food choices nearby. Pool is available to use for a fee. Requires a cash security deposit when you check in - that wasnt stated on the booking website or the fine print. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Would book again.

Great location and view-within walking distance to KLCC Tower, EcoForest, Low Yat and Petronas Twin Towers. Good food within walking distance(Gravybaby, Naughty Nuri). Service could be improved-extra toilet roll and necessities requested, did not receive in timely manner and sheets were slightly stained. Overall satisfactory experience.

Amazing Penthouse in Kuala, jacuzzi&sauna on the rooftop”

This place is amazing, a little bit expensive compared to avarage accomodations in Kuala. No regrets on our choise. The spectacular terrace make you feel beeter every day. The accomodation is located in the core center of the city. Only cons slow elevator but nothing to complani at all.
