Nice hotel, great location ”
Positives include the wonderful breakfast, good location and overall newness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and eager to please, especially Hoang in the restaurant! Views of the ocean from the 4th floor terrace were lovely, and the pool was equally nice on the other side of the hotel. The only negative I would mention is the front desks' inability to upgrade my room to an ocean view. While the hotel was at 10% occupancy due to the coronavirus, the front desk claimed it was hotel policy to pay $15 extra for the ocean view room. I find this kind of customer service and business practice all too frequently in Asia and, as a result, while the hotel is nice and a good value, I will not return.

Very nice location with seaview. The hotel is clean and neat. Their F&B staff, Mr. HOANG, is very helpful guy. He introduced different attractions to us and provided some travel tips. There is a weekend seafood buffet, and Mr. Hoang can offer us special discount. However, we had another event and did not join at last.

Really enjoyed a short stay at The Nalod. The staff was very attentive. They gave me a room with bad air conditioner at first, but moved me to a room with good A/C right away. Very clean, great location. Really good rates right now during covid times, but it's a good value anytime.

We were fully satisfied with the breakfast served by the hotel and the hospitality of the staffs were outstanding even though some of the staffs struggled to speak English . Facing ocean, good service”
Best stay so far in Vietnam. Room is cosy n bed is comfy. Wonderful environment. But the loud music on the beach especially at night is disturbing. Breakfast spread is good but food so-so. Pancakes & crepes r cold n hard. Not many choices for vegetarian. I would suggest the hotel owner to bring chef to taste good food for all range of food to help cook better.

We love the view from our room and the hotel is located just across from the beach. There is a nice swimming pool on the 4th floor and a small gym. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning with many selections.

so surprise that hotel gave us a honey moon setup in the room, dessert and fruit. Thanks so much! quite noisy in the whole night because there is a singing show with stage in the east sea park where in front of the hotel. We lived in the higher floor, but heard that noisy music every night. Please note that if you prefer a quiet living style. Can see sunrise in the room that so amazing. Just walk one min to go to a clear and clean beach. We can swim every morning and have a good relax.

Hotel location was superb. Short walking and you can reach the beach. Staff performance was good. Good breakfast menu. Nice view on high floor to the ocean. Overall best hotel in Danang beach.

Value for money, across from the beach!”
A more understated option on a stretch of Vegas-like hotels, the Nalod is a clean, value-for-money option if you want to be beachside in Danang. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, especially Huong (*spelling) who always checked up on me whether poolside or in the dining room to make sure that everything was OK. The Oceanview rooms truly have spectacular views. Unfortunately, I asked to move as noise volume from the evening music/concerts at the beach venue across the street was too much. It's a consideration if you value peace and quiet. The staff readily accommodated my move to a city view room which was much quieter. The hotel seems to get a lot of package tour groups which can also add some mayhem. Breakfast options are plentiful and include a large variety of Western and Asian options. Rooms are large and immaculately clean & dining options in the general vicinity are plentiful. It's a great base whether you want to explore nearby Hoi An or just enjoy beach time.

We booked 3 rooms for our family of 7, checking in was fast. Location: the My Khe Beach is right in front. Facilities: breakfast was decent, restaurant staffs are very attentive. There are hand sanitiser & mask right at the entrance for anyone needed and sanitised before entering the restaurant for breakfast. Cleanliness: pretty clean ,rooms was big and simple but well minimalist designed. Staffs: the staffs was extremely helpful , especially the Information Desk lady name Thao, she proactively helped us plan out the tours, where to eat, and transportation so we did have a worry-free time. It's the first time our family go to Da Nang so it was really nice to have such assistance.
