Awesome hotel”

Loved staying here. The room was great and very nice and friendly staff. Valets were excellent and always got the vehicle quickly. The spa in the basement was excellent, according to my wife. Very close to eating places that you can walk to and close enough to other attractions that are an easy drive. Would love to go back and stay here again.

Great location and super friendly staff. Have stayed here several times and the rooms are starting to feel a smidge dated.

A great place to stay downtown”

I enjoyed top quality service from the staff. The room is very comfortable. They have excellent steamy hot dual head showers. The hotel location is perfect for road access as well as easy walking distance to all the best local restaurants. I will definitely revisit this location.

Great Hotel”

This was a great hotel to stay at. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with our room heater and it was immediately taken care of. The hotel is clean and well kept. Good location if you want to be in downtown Colo Spgs. Only inconvenience is the parking. There is no parking at the hotel itself, so you will have to pay to park. Since we were going to be out most of the day each day we just used the street meter parking. It was free from 11 pm to 7 am. It was a mobile app so we just woke up before 7 to pay the meter for the couple of hours we needed before leaving for the day. When we returned, we just paid for the remainder of the evening up until 11 pm. It worked out cheaper that way. But be warned, the parking meter police are very active and monitor the meters closely. (yep, we got one the first morning). Overall though it was the best way for parking for our visit.

Room comfort ”

My room was very dark. There is not nearly enough lighting. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Good hotel in an awesome area ”

Hotel location is perfect- close to everything. Hotel staff is very nice. But hotel itself needs tons of upgrades. All the furniture in the lobby and bedroom are very old and scratched. My room was very large and my bathroom was amazing.

Not worth the money ”

This is a beautiful hotel but upon arrival we noted a half full lobby where no one was social distancing nor wearing masks. Once in the room we noted the lotion and mouth wash bottles had not been changed since the last guest (they were half used). We heard conversations from the guests above us and beside us. The best was not the most comfortable at all and there was no fridge in the room. The icing on the cake was the cleaning lady came knocking on the room at 8 am sharp.

Luxury & location”

A 4 night stay as part of a road trip with another couple. All impressed with the stylish decor, super large rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and excellent facilities. No parking on site, but nearby & convenient. Loved the location, just a short stroll from an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. (Special mention for “La Baguette”, a superb French style patisserie/ coffee shop, virtually next door to the hotel which we patronised for breakfast - excellent service, delicious food at reasonable prices. ) Disappointed with reception staff - not as efficient as one would expect at this grade and price. Housekeeping superb. Would stay again.
