Confusion at the Check in counter”
There was a problem regarding check in procedures. The Hotel Management required me present the voucher or booking receipt. They only allowed me to check in after long discussion and opening of my email wherein it is confirmed that i had a booking with Agoda. I do strongly suggest that it should be arrange in such a way that valid ID will be enough to avail of the reserved accommodation.

Best for budget and Location”
Definitely will recommend ! Just book with Agoda for discount. Location is very good... I stayed 6 days here and will book again soon! ..and I should say ..the the staffs are nice😁

Small rooms and poor service”
Don't bother with staying here. The service was poor from the moment we got there until the day we left.The rooms are very small and the staff acted like we were bothering them every time we spoke to them.

No staff at night except for 1 guard. No elevators too. The structure is old and room reeks of a man's perfume. Towels are old too.

There was no back up water for guests when there was a scheduled water interruption. We have to look for water just to be able to take a bath. Hotels should have water tanks.

Decent and clean for one. My bad experience was being put in the room beside the highway so it was very noisy and I could not sleep well during the night. For the same price points (800+ for solo room) you can get a similar decent and quiet room from other hotels nearer Ateneo or Roxas.
