Exceptional”
The Manor at Camp John Hay is the best place to stay when in Baguio. You can enjoy a nice walk in the morning or even in the afternoon. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still very accessible if you would want to indulge in what the heart of the city offers. But for us, THE MANOR is still the best! There is this very unique cafe, BATIROL which serves the best hot chocolate...perfect for the cold weather in Baguio! this is a MUST TRY when you visit Baguio or John Hay for the first time...

A place you can call home”
My idea before of a perfect breakfast aside from sharing it with someone special would be indulging into any simple meal that is surrounded by lush greens, colorful blooms and soft rays from the sun. Our experience at The Manor at Camp John Hay blew us away, we experienced to have breakfast while seeing birds flying by. Hearing their sweet melodies as well as the rustling leaves from the trees made the entire experience so magical. The Manor at Camp John Hay’s interiors and rooms looked and felt so homey that we can only say good things about it. Their wooden walls and furniture gave us this really cozy homey feel!

A timeless Classic”
With the congestion of Baguio, The Manor at Camp John Hay offers a respite for crowd weary travellers. The Hotel is retains its old world charm and if you just came for the weather, you don't really have to venture out of the Camp. From restaurants to gardens to horsebackriding and other attractions, they have it all. Staff are responsive but watch out for repairs in the facilities which might impede your zen.

Best place in Baguio for relaxation”
Camp John Hay is the only place in the city where you can still feel relaxed and enjoy nature. The Manor has the best breakfast buffet and features great artists at The Piano Bar. Parking is adequate. The room is spacious. Though the building has seen better days. Still, its a good place to stay in and relax.

Manor still on top on our Baguio list”
Manor Hotel makes you enjoy the beauty of Baguio, with its vast pine trees inside Camp John Hay. The 1BR suite is perfect for a small family. Unfortunately the garder is under renovation at the time we stayed and there were some construction that makes annoying loud noise on our peaceful view!😅 The room is beautiful and big, but they need to upgrade on the TVs as they are old and especially the matress on our room 333 is really saggy on the middle part that you’ll end up rolling to the middle part of the bed. Overall will still choose for Manor for its very nice location.

Made my birthday extra special!”
I reserved a superior room with a forest view and yet we were given a I- Br suite! How amazing was that! The smell of old wood and pines just when you entered camp john hay and the manor is already in itself a big plus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Holy Week staycation”
We stayed at the hotel during the Holy Week. The staff was accommodating, the garden was a perfect playground for the kids coupled with a cold, mountain breeze. We need not go out of camp John hay area the whole time of our stay because we got everything that we needed - food, entertainment and a picturesque scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to families with young children.

Great view, Baguio feels”
Pros - Staffs are helpful and friendly. - Amazing view (we got the room with garden view) - Strong water, there's also a heater - The staffs are nice enough to refill our complimentary coffee and water bottles. - The room is very spacious and clean Cons - Limited parking in front of The Manor. You'll need to park at the Forest Lodge. It is not too far from The Manor but this will be troublesome when it's rainy. - The room assigned to us is at the 2nd flr (there are 4 flrs in the hotel). It's a bit difficult to rest during noontime since we can hear the noise outside. I think it's from the grass cutter machine. Notes: - There's no airconditioning. This is fine so we can enjoy the Baguio breeze. However, we are required to open the windows and again, it is noisy at certain time of the day. - Breakfast is not included. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Manor. We will definitely comeback but would probably request for a room at a higher floor.

Great view with room for improvement”
The Manor is located in Camp John Hay which is away from the hustle of the city, so you can enjoy peaceful time and fresh air. The views are great specially from the balcony and the garden, and at night you can enjoy live music at the piano bar. The rooms are also spacious, but we found some roaches :( When we checked in, the toilet in our room is also not properly cleaned, there were hairs on the bowl and the sheets did not look fresh. I also requested for a large bed as I will be staying in a separate room with my husband and 7-yr old son but it might not have been available that time. On the other hand, the suite I rented for my parents were fine, the staff were friendly and room service was fast. I wish in the future they can include amenities (such as slippers, towels & bathrobes) as per the number of guests checked in per room. Overall, experience was nice and I will consider coming back in the future.

Great place but we were checked in late”
We arrived at The Manor at around 2:30 in the afternoon which is past their check-in time. We booked two rooms and we were expecting that those two rooms are ready by that time. Unfortunately, only one room was ready and the four of us had to stay in it until around 4 in the afternoon. Also around 10 in the morning the next day, power supply was being turned on and off intermittently and I'm not sure what the reason was. The place and ambiance though are both great. It's in the heart of Camp John Hay, near Camp Nike. The view from the room is also amazing. And I had prior inquiries sent via message before our stay. The Manor was accommodating enough to answer all those.

Exceptional stay ”
We had a lovely time at The Manor. But we had to change rooms because our initial booked room had a pervasive paint smell due to renovations going on at the hotel. They moved us to a different room. My son loved their playground, and the candy/balloons near the lobby. I appreciated the hot tea that they serve for the guests. The garden was fantastic. Rooms were nice and big. All the staff were attentive and hospitable. Just a suggestion that checked in guests should have free valet if parking is full. There are limited slots at the manor, more slots are available at Forest Lodge (there’s a path that connects the two properties). Location is superb. We loved our stay at the Manor. We definitely recommend it, and will stay there again.

Best Hotel in Baguio”
We had a wonderful stay at the Manors. Our 1 bedroom suite is really spacious and sparkling clean. They even gave me a complimentary birthday cake which I really appreciate. Kudos to all the staff, from the frontdesk to the housekeeping, the staff at the lobby - they are all helpful, welcoming and courteous, smiling to all of the guests. I just hope they will also have a package for rooms with breakfast that are plated since we are not a fan of buffets (especially to those guests with young kids who don't eat that much). But overall, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baguio. ❤

Happy experience”
The hotel's best asset is it's people. All the staff we encountered are friendly and nice. Thanks to Gretel for noting my niece's birthday. We received a complimentary cake and that gesture put a smile on my niece's face. We also had an early check in. Transactions at the frontline are fast and easy. Next time in Baguio, I will still choose The Manor.

Truly a heartwarming experience, Jessellie. Thank you for your wonderful remarks. We hope to see you again the soonest. :)
Elegant and Peaceful”
The Manor is an elegant and very peaceful hotel which would be best if you are looking for that R&R. It is far enough from the city of Baguio to be away from the hustle and bustle of this very touristy place, but still be close enough to it to get the conveniences of city life within reach. The rooms could be better, a little bit dated but it's this very thing that adds to the charm of this gem in Baguio.

Best Family Hotel in Baguio”
The location and facility of Manor is superb! The garden and pine trees around the hotel was picturesque. All the staff were also accomodating and always ready to help you. I liked that they allow food inside the room like deliveries and take outs. Just expect to spend more money if you'll eat on their resto. Everything about Manor was great! Except for the food prices. Lol. Thanks for flowers btw. Im glad we chose to celebrate our wedding anniv here!
