New, Clean and Good Hotel”

We are couple go for honey moon and we booked this hotel in Đà Lạt. We got a bit trouble with check in at the early morning but it was from our careless. Information giving is what the hotel need to improve. Our room was new, clean and comfortable and have a very good view. The receiptionist is also very helpful. The location is not very near the market however, if you like activities at Tuyen Lam lake, it is nearer. There are a chicken hotspot nearby which are famous and excellent as well.

3 mins to Dalat Market by car ”

+ Room with valley view. Very clean. However the construction quality is not good, some damaged wall-tiles. + Nice staff. + Standard breakfast, acceptable quality. + 1 mins to Xuan Huong lake by car. + 3 mins to Dalat Market by car. + Between Dalat Market and Tuyen Lam cable-car station. - A handful lots for 4-wheel vehicles parking. - Only 1 lift and slow.

New and contemporary hotel!”

This hotel is like a hiden germ. It looked small at the entrace but it was bigger and very beautiful once I stepped inside. The frontdesk staffs were kind to give me a free upgrade to their Premier room. The room looks romantic with warm lights, beautiful view, nice decorations. Their bed is so comfortable. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is huge with clean white towels, a sepater shower and tub with big glass wall like a five star hotel. You can see the view from the bath tub. Oh, there is a flat screen smart TV too. Their free buffet breakfast was good. I love their Pho the most. At night, it was nice taking a 5 minute taxi trip to Ho Xuan Huong Lake to stroll around the lake and try street food at Lam Vien square. The hotel is on the main street and has 24hrs security so I feel safe. I’ll definitely come back again. Strongly recommended.

Great place to stay in Đa Lat ”

We spent 5 nites at the Luxe hotel. This brand new hotel, there are so many Western people there. The room was big and clean. We have room near by the lift and staircase but it's really good due to soundproofing is perfect, I slept very well. My room has valley & garden view. The bed was comfy, bath room was so big and pressure water was great. Breakfast is awesome! Buffet not too much choice but for me & my friend is enough, and you can order noodle which were changed everyday and other nice things. Designed of restaurant was very impressed - with big void at the middle :)) The only downside- internet speed and connection, unstable or even lost. It take 10 minutes to go to the town but that's fine because i'm fan of walking. You can easyto get see off & drop off front of the hotel from Airport shuttle bus. The reception & Bell need to improvement about service & smile. Will definitely return & highly recommend !!!!!

Grand new hotel & Great service”

We have previously stayed at a couple of different hotels in Dalat. The luxe hotel was a far better hotel for comfort, clean and service. The staff were fabulous and the service was amazing. The buffet was fantastic . The luxe hotel will definitely be our choice of hotel when we return to Dalat.

One of the best in Da Lat”

This is my favorite hotel in Da Lat. The location wasn't near the downtown but not far. It is next to famous chicken hot pot so it's convenience for a good lunch. The staffs are very helpful, we stayed here for the 3rd time or 4th times but always good. The room view is also good if you pick the Delux one, it look to the valley. Rooms are very clean also and it wasn't so expensive.

Nice and clean ”

Nice and clean hotel. helpful and smiling staff. Open buffet breakfast is good, variety of choices . A little bit far from the centre of Dalat, takes 5 minutes by grab motorbike or taxi. It's worth to stay in The Luxe Hotel.

Really clean, comfy beds, very helpful staff enjoyed our stay ”

Great little find, room was a good size, nice bathroom with great shower. About a 15 min walk to town but easy to rent motorbikes from reception and easy to get around as not too busy on the roads. Datanla waterfalls was nice only 15 mins on bikes also don't miss the crazy house it's brilliant. Da Lat was definitely one of our favourite towns in Vietnam.

- Helpful staffs. Instructed me to park my car even in heavy rains - Room so clean and comfortable. Large room compared to price. - Breakfast is good and changed everyday We will comeback next visit Da Lat.

Awesome service with awesome room”

I arrived the hotel by 5am, and the hotel allow us to use their toilet to make a quick change. We place our luggage at reception counter, and they told us will give us a call when the room is ready. I expecting to check in by 3pm as what we have booked, but they call us in few hours later! Which they allow us to have super early check in without charging any extra fee! I got my premier room which looks exactly like in the photo! At first when I was inform that my room is in Basement 2, and the at the right end corner. I was so worried. But once I opened the door, the view is stunning! I got a super nice hill view from the room. Have a very great time throughout my stay!

Exceptional”

Hotel is clean and new but there's no AC. Da Lat is cold outside so if you are particular about having your AC, you might wanna go somewhere else. Staff are also very helpful.

Very good”

We got the 3-bed rooms suite and it was perfect for our family of 7 (my parents in law, my sister in law and our family of 2 young kids aged 3 and 5. The rooms are huge and it feels like home. Da Lat is not so big and taxi are very convenient. The hotel is close to the popular chicken hotpot restaurant. Overall will come back here again if we go in big group that need more than 2 rooms

A good hotel to stay which not far from city center”

I love everything here. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the breakfast included in our booking is a plus, even they don't have quite large room but the view is very nice. The hotel is new, fully equipped and clean. I would love to stay there again if I travel to Dalat

Nice stay, as alway!”

Part of the Luxe Hotel Group. I previously stayed at the one in the Sài Gòn. Very well maintained hotels with friendly staff. Don’t miss the daily breakfast’s soups. I know Bún Bò, and this hotel’s always turned out the best rendition. Highly recommend!!!

Pleasant Stay”

My family and I love our 3-bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and cosy. So glad that we have chosen this hotel for our first night at Dalat after travelled the whole day. All of us had a good rest. The beds are comfy and nature view is great. Simple breakfast that focus on local cuisine. Good to try. The staffs are very responsive. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay here.

Great Stay”

The room is awesome with a luxurious look of the bathroom. The room did not have an air conditional but it is ok for us as at night, the room is very cold. By switching on the fan for ventilation, the room is cold enough as the temperature in Dalat is low. The bed is soft and comfortable and we are really happy with the TV channels too. We are able to access to different channels. The breakfast has lots of varieties too. Good Stay!!!

Well designed, clean, modern hotel”

Pro: perfect location, on main road, so the airport shuttle bus drop me off tight in front off hotel. New and well designed hotel. My room was valley view, happy with it, also impress with the squared glassed hallway,surround the breakfast place. Breakfast was good too. When i check out but forgot something in my room,i dashed in and saw the hotel staff was removing all the bed sheet, so cleanliness is for sure. The hotel also has bike for rent, gear is 120,000vnd, auto is 140,000vnd. Convenient. I arrived at hotel and rented the bike, start my venture, dont even need to wait till check in time. Have rest area for guests waiting to check in/out. Cons: although the bus drop me off right in front of hotel but i could not regconise it as it was next to a huge gadget store. Got distracted i think.

Good place for couple”

highly recommend for couple in Dalat. They bring to us the best experience for service, clean room with comfortable enviroment. However TV cannot to access with youtube and one light-bed is not working. overall rate 8/10 for this hotel.

Nice place with good budget”

It is new and idea place for me to experience and discover Dalat. Staffs are heplpful and friendly. Room is nice and spacious. I will be back if have a chance to visit Dalat!
