Overall, very good. We did have a few issues with the room; Aircon not working in one of the rooms,shower doors hanging off, no latch on bathroom window so unable to secure room,shower head blocked in one of the bathrooms. We were not told of the need to book for Aircon or given a WiFi password at reception. The pools were very good especially the larger one. Very handy for Pilanesberg game reserve and Sun City

The Resort offers relaxing vibe , had Picnic outside our room and the kids had plenty of space to play. Their Water Splash was the best thing ever happens to us ... Felt like “ Big Babies “ I will recommend this place to couples who want to relax and families who was to explore around Sun City and Pilanesberg...!

Confirm that Agoda Reservation is on the Kingdom Resort System”
Confirm that Agoda Reservation is on the Kingdom Resort System. I the Kingdom resort to confirm that they had the Agoda reservation on their system. They checked and said they do not see it on their system but do see it on Agoda. They were supposed to take care of it before arrival. When I arrived they could not see the reservation. I showed them my Agoda receipt and they took care of it and got me a room, but there was a minute where I may not have gotten a room as the resort was fully booked for the night.

Very nice big place in a 5 min drive from Sun City and National Park gate. Sun City is closed for Day visitors and there are not many food options in the area. Hotel serves dinner till 6:30 pm only. Breakfast was good. All room facilities are good. Parking is covered and right by the chalet entrance

A great stay for a great price ”
A great stay for a great price - room was lovely, location was great, food was good & well priced. I have an issue with the procedure of photo copying my credit card alongside my passport. I’d prefer my card details be kept far more securely using the property management/reservation system rather than floating around on photocopied paper. Particularly as it was alongside a copy of my passport. I think this practise needs to be updated - as wonderful as the stay was, feeling open to fraud activity would make me re-consider a second stay. It’s not an accusation against staff, when travelling overseas you want to feel secure!

It was our first time staying at the Kingdom resort. We found the room and the facilities great for our family having two young children of 3 and 5. The staff were the cherry on the top being so friendly and helpful. We are really looking forward to being back here soon.

We were supposed to stay at Sun city but could not get accommodation, so we found the Kingdom Resort through google. Lets just say from now on we will pretend as if accommodation does not exist at Sun city. Yours resort is a dynamite.

The staff was friendly. Rooms neat and clean. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. From receptionist Whitney, what a welcoming friendly individual. At the restuarant, Seshego and Thabo service was also great. Checked out, didnt even realized that I left my phone in the room. The cleaner took thephone to reception and I was contacted, that alone shows the integrity of the staff working there. We enjoyed our stay. Will definately be visiting again👌

Unpleasant experience”
We checked into a very nice 2 bed villa, unpacked all our clothes, went shopping for meat to Braai, unpacked our groceries then went for a swim, came back a few hours later to find our door open, another couple looking around the house. Turns out they checked us into the wrong house. My fiance was seriously upset as in Cape Town this would never have happened that we needed to repack everything and move to another villa as they were fully booked. There was nobody on duty to do "damage control" other than saying sorry. This put a damper on our stay there. Eugene gave us a free buffet breakfast to compensate. He is the manager. We felt they made the mistake and they should have sorted it out "backend". Never the less, the resort is very nice, houses were very clean and it's a 3 minute drive from Sun City. We will stay here again and hopefully have a different experience.

Value for money”
The place is great, it is clean and safe. It is great value for money. However I just need to mention my disappointment with regards to the duvet cover in the main room. It was old and the inner could not fit properly. At the restaurant we the pizza base was a big no no, the use ready made bases which are thick and hard, they should make their own pizza bases. All in all the place was good.

Nice place near Sun City”
We stayed in a brand new King Suite, which was absolutely stunning! It has a large bathroom and a seperate toilet. It also has a kitchen facility with kitchen utensils. It has a patio with a built-in braai braai stand. The only downside to our stay was that the walls seperating the units are extremely thin and we could hear our neighbours conversations very clearly, sadly the conversations only ended at 2am.

This is a place to be. I loved everything about it. The rooms very clean, the staff very friend, the surrounding clean. The activities there as well are entertaining. The only thing I noticed is that the sheets and the beddings are not changed during the stay and it was somehow disturbing. And also the checking out time should at least be changed to 11. Thank you

PERFECT place to stay! ”
Staff was great and welcoming. The pool is very nice, chilled and the place is peacfull. 5 km from Sun city. Best place to stay at and still can go and hang out at the sun city. We had some problems with the wifi connection and the staff helped us by providing us with a vip wifi access. The resort is 10 minutes drive from the games reserve and offers guided day trips. We spent only one night there and we did regreted fpr not staying any longer. We would definatley recommend anyone who looks for a combination of chilled atmosphere, kids & adults activities to stay there :)
