Nice to your soul ”

This place so nice clean, good interior if you want to relax choose journey resort I went with my mum and nan everyone love this place it have a front pool but you can't swim or if you want to you can even the resort not close to the beach but you just walk a few second I think it ok for who want to escape the city but if you want to spend time on the beach for all day this place it not a good place to choose because they have a restaurant front the beach it alway busy day time and evening do you only enjoy the beach in the morning for me it good because the weather to hot to play in afternoon also evening I went somewhere else for holiday 4.5star for me

Good Location, Great Staff”

The Journey is right on the beach, rooms a little bit dark but spacious and clean. My wife got food poisoning from some street food in Pattaya, so we had to go to hospital. Gayo, the manager of the Journey drove us and she was in such a hurry, ended up cutting her thumb on a fan, so when we arrived the hospital insisted on checking her thumb and she ended up getting 3 stitches. Gayo drove us back, so we stopped for breakfast on the way back. When we checked we gave a security deposit and when checking out we needed a taxi to take us about an hour up the coast. I felt bad about Gayo cutting her hand when she was rushing to take us to the hospital so told her to keep the deposit but she refused. Had to press the money into her hand. After she finally accepted the money, she insisted on driving us up to Bang Saen. This is why I love Thailand :) The wife was grand after getting an anti-histamine injection Miley, Dublin Ireland

Excellent location”

Really excellent stay. Location adjacent to one of the best resteraunts in the pattaya area. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed, beds so comfortable. It was an excellent little get a way. The little foot pool adjacent to the property was a nice way to cool off. The resort is about 100 m from the beach, which is step too, so there is actually little difference between low and height tides. Will be returning

Fantastic hotel ”

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are well laid out. It’s close to arguably the best restaurant in Pattaya. The beach is very close. Less than 100 meters. All in all this is best price for your money. Highly enjoyed the stay

The Journey- a great place for 1-2 night trip”

This was a fine place to rest and relax, but if you want a more active trip then you will find this area doesn't have much to offer. Also, the soi gets quite busy and noisy at dinner time due to the Glass House restaurant being on the beach front. It felt like the hotel aspect of the Journey was an afterthought to their restaurant business.The beach was not useable for relaximg or swimming, and that made me so super sad. Overall, The Journey was fun to try, but not quiet worth the cost.

Wonderful stay and Excellent foods”

Nice resort in a limited area/location. Friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast, close to the beach. Recommended for anyone who wants to getaway from crowded Pattaya area.

The place is super stylish. We really like those tiny little details in the room and around the villa. Quality of facilities are also very good. The generosity also got us impressed a lot (minibar fair price). The night shift staff lady was really polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also awesome! Highly recommended.

this place is the best ”

quite far from pattaya. if you don't have a car. I will not recommended you. but you can public motorcycle. the place is close the glass house restaurant you can find the delicious food there

The Journey Resort the hotel room was alright. It was small for the price we paid. But they definitely had a great restaurant that was worth eating at. Never really left the hotel because the food was so good.

nice hotel, great staff, funny location ”

Staff is great, rooms are nice, but the locations is really special. The bungalows are actually located in the middle of a car-park. Everyone who stays at the journey will drive around all the bungalows first. it is very special, but we enjoyed our stay.

beautiful room to relax”

I had a wonderful stay. The room design is absolutely relaxing and roomy. The hotel is just a few steps away from the quite beach. A little pool to dip in right at your door. The hotel brings the traditional moon.

A lot of luxury for a tiny price”

It was great,but the surrounding area is still under construction so it was a little bit strange to have a construction site right next to the beautiful calm resort.

Nice get away from the city!”

This is a great place for a weekend get away from the city life. The room is traditional Thai style with tropical outdoor shower (& toilet). The staffs are lovely and super helpful (not understand a lot of english) but good service. we had our breakfast brought in every morning to the patio. Right next door was a nice Thai restaurant right infront of the beach so for us we did just hangout in the beach restaurant and chill for two whole days!

The management was very helpful. The food was great. The overall aesthetic of the bungalow was beautiful and romantic. The room was always clean. The outdoor bathroom was charming. All round good experience.

Beautiful Room. Fantastic Service, NO Swimming”

No swimming pool, only an ornamental pool. (Should not be called a Pool Villa since it's only an ornamental pool.) No beach on premises for sunning or swimming, as the restaurant uses the beach for dining. Service was absolutely fantastic. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast must be ordered the night before because the restaurant is not open in the morning. If you don't want to go to the beach or swim in a pool, this is a great place to stay.

Very nice designed boutique hotel..loved the idea behind the era”

Well..for what we paid, breakfast was not included. The pool is not really a pool to swim in..more like a feature. Its adjoining the GlasHaus restaurant which was great but guests have to go on queue for a table just like everybody else...and the queue was loooong. Admittedly it was a last minute trip and for the design of the room. In a way it was good enough for us.

very disappointed by this one night in the villa. Very bad smell, view from the bed on the toilet. no swimming pool. very noisy with the water pump working out the all night. Breakfast super expensive and not good at all. But I will highly recommend the restaurant the Glass house which is for me the best Thai restaurant in Pattaya. Beautiful beach and sunset.

Last min Holiday”

This hotel is nice the only think that they need is more light in the bathrooms and some where to hang the towels other than outside.
