1) Our check-in time is 3PM and the check out time is 11AM. Early checkin and late checkout are available at RM30 per hour if requested in advance. Subject to availability. For uninformed late check out or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, it will cost you RM40 per hour. 2) We will collect RM200 security deposit before arrival via bank transfer, the refundable security deposit will be refundable on your check out day via bank transfer before 6pm, subject to accommodation inspection and please provide your bank account detail after you checkout. 3) This is a self check in apartment, please read our house manual as soon as booking completed, it is very important to make sure you have a smooth check in. We will not be responsible to any complain arising from not reading our house rules and house manual. 4) Please state the headcount clearly, we reserve the right to deny your check in for incorrect head count. 5) No towels provided, please prepare your own. 6) Strictly no SMOKING, penalty is RM500. 7) Strictly no DURIAN, RM200 penalty applies. 8) Do not pull or hang anything on the WIRE supporting the handrail of the STAIRCASE since the wire might be loosen or even falling off and that is dangerous. Repairing cost that YOU have to bear is Rm80 per wire. Hang the clothes on the hangers provided instead. 9) No shoes in the apartment. 10) Keep the place in good condition and reasonably clean 11) You need to clean all the kitchen utensils that u have used and place them back. Additional cleaning fee of RM50 may apply if unclean the kitchen utensils that you have used. 12) Turn off all power not in use or when leaving the home. 13) Strictly NO PARTY, if found having party, Rm500 will be charged from the deposit or guests will be asked to leave without refund. 14) We are not hotel, you have to be responsible for whatever you have broken or stained. We charge double of the price for dishonesty, please tell us what you have damaged upon checking out. 15) Damage to mattress and bedding linen including, mattress pads, sheets, pillow cover, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, food/drink scraps, vomit, urine/feces stains etc will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. 16) We are not responsible for any item left behind by a guests. 17) If the unit is taken, we will assign another apartment as the same layout and similar design without any charges.
