Not good. On arrival had to wait at the gate, dialed both numbers on the gate with no response. On second try mobile number was answered, and I was asked to wait there would be someone to open for me. A lady that could only speak Afikaans opened, she let me into the room, which was boiling hot as it was all closed up, the fridge was wide open with a towel under, being defrosted. I tried the aircon but remote wasn't working. Generally a disappointing stay. Wont be going back there.
