Nice new hotel but still a far way to go”
Hotel is far off from the main places. Neighbourhood is a bit scary at night. Shuttle not always available - check before Check in was real hustle as a couple we wanted a queensize bed instead of 2 seperate ones - it took the frontdesk 1.5h to call a manager and find out its costs 4 USD more for the night. That was very dissapointing. No ground towel for shower. A/C is dripping right at the front of the entrance hall Good restaurant Nice and clean hotel Friendly front desk

Very unhappy location terrible food terrible tossed around rooms and restaraunts each day did not know where to go for dinner or breakfast no cereal for breakfast TV reception shocking nothing good to say about it only that the staff were friendly.

The bed had a horrible matrass. Was like in a Hospital with plastic and from all the distoyed plastic. When we arrived and also leave, nobody helped me too carry my havy luggage. See also my coment 1 day before

The bed is not comfortable. I paid an extra bed for my son BUT WE GOT A MATTRESS OF DELAPIDATED FOAM. it was really not worth paying it. There was a TV but no cable connection. it was like it was just there for display purposes only. There was no hot shower during the night but it was good during daytime. The rooms are located in the 2nd and 3rd floors and NO ELEVATORS. i would not recommend this hotel

Staff, not working toom equipment ”
The day receptionist was very unfriendly when we arrived. She give us the feeling of not being welcome because we disturbed here by private things. Nobody was helping us with our very havy luggage to carry on the second floor. TV was not working. We didn't had internet connection for 2 days. Nobody cleaned the room. Mattress was covered with plastic like in a hospital

Not Worth the money”
Book on the day and it is much expensive, arrived at hotel and the room is not prepared, No extra bed just a make up bed made of foam. There is no Soap or body wash provided. No accessible transportation. It is better to book hotels near the pier area which is nicer and affordable. The staff were nice but not accomodating.

Best value in the Philippines”
When we drove up to this three-story structure we were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place in a lower end neighborhood. We were amazed as we went inside and it was first class all the way. We’ve been traveling for two months in the Philippines and this is without a doubt the best value we have found. Two things that were slightly troubling. There is no elevator and climbing the stairs is a little troubling for me since I have a bad knee. There’s not a lot of parking although with the slow amount of traffic we have no problem parking in front of the place. Once again, we were amazed at how nicely kept the place was with clean tile floors from the front door to the bathroom. I highly recommend this place and promise you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. Consider it one of your better finess.

Grande Suites Surigao”
No drinking water. Sign in bathroom states water not potable. No bottled water, no water coolers. Staff said I had to go outside and buy my own drinking water. No hot water in shower. No shower curtain. No television reception as local cable still out from typhoon in December 2021. No restaurant. Hotel in a rural area, not within walking distance of restaurants or shopping.

We are a returning customer, this time is different from before check in, since we try to book on agoda the hotel tried to tell us that their only have limited benefits than having too book on their hotel, like they don’t have free breakfast, no TV, Free shuttle going to airport, etc. Our stay is such a waste of money. Were not happy at all.

Internet didn’t work. Breakfast was disgusting. No hot water. Dumb staff. If you try to contact them, they don’t respond. Never staying here again.

The site is not as advertised”
The wifi was in the lobby only and they did not provide the morning breakfast as in the promo add. I asked about this and was told it was an old add and would not take it off the site. I then asked for some type of reimbursement and they said they would not provide.

No elevator ”
This is not the place if you're coming from abroad, with several pieces of heavier luggage. There is no one to help take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, they do not provide toiletries, which is the first time I have ever experienced this situation, in a hotel.

Smelly shower”
Its an okay hotel. But i dont think its worth the price. The shower water has this unpleasant smell. It isnt really the kind of smell you like to clean urself with.
