Really wish we'd stayed longer”

I will travel halfway around the world again just to come back and enjoy THE FACE Suites and Kuala Lumpur. The staff is excellent. They made early check-in and late check-out a breeze. Our needs were met quickly, and always with a smile. The room was super clean, well appointed, and lovely. Three nights was not long enough to bask in this wonderful hotel.

Reasonable in cost for family”

We stayed twice in The Face Suites. Enjoyed both times. Its unit is clean, modern and spacious and beautiful. Its pool is small and crowded but it has the beautiful view of the twin towers. The gym is good. Restaurants are a bit expensive but you can walk to klcc (20mins) to have your meals. I paid rm40 for Breakfast and it was worth it. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were attentive, prompt and very friendly. We travelled during Christmas time so it was crowded and the lifts took a long time to arrive. Overall, we love The Face Suites and recommend it to all, especially those traveling with families.

I've been to a lot of hotels, resorts and sorts but, this time, Face Suites did impressed me with their services. The price is great! And the staffs are all good. The only thing that disappointed me is the view. The staff told me that I am not able to see KLCC Tower because of the construction next to the Platinum building. Overall, the best.

Best Hotel in KualaLumpur with best infinity swimming pools”

We loved all the facility, staff are very friendly, and quick response to what all we have requested. This time was our 2nd visit to this hotel since new year 2008...The breakfast is very various and healthy....We will come back again when we visit Kuala Lumpur. The only problem is the swimming pools view to Petronas Twin Tower is now obstructed by the 2nd new building which is being built...Will we have the same view later as before?

Brand new hotel”

My husband and I stayed at the face suites in March, 2016. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was brand new - only opened in January, 2016. So some parts of the hotel were not yet completed and there was on-going construction. Neither of these had a significant impact on our stay. Our room was large, with sufficient amenities. However, it felt a little bit empty and didn't have enough plugs or hooks - could be that it wasn't quite complete yet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - close to the transit system and a 15 min walk to the petronas towers. Also, the view from the rooftop was amazing, as was the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think this hotel will be really great once it has been completed.

PERFECT ”

This is highly recommended and I think the best place in Kuala Lumpur. Everething is amazing and wonderful! The room is real WOW - fantastic view, large and clean, you have everything you need. Breakfast was real amazing. The pool on 51st floor is incredible! It was my best choise here.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Face Suites. Our 2 bedroom apartment was faboulous and more than we were expecting. With a stunning view to the city, kitchenette with every thing we needed and comfy beds, there was really nothing we could fault. The swimming pool is stunning. We found it busy at times but always managed to find a lounge bed or chair non the less . The location is very good also, close to train station and you could easily walk to shopping malls close by. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you especially to the cleaning staff for keeping our room so clean and supplying us with extra tea & coffee ☺

Really really good...but not perfect”

The face suites are an amazing place to stay in KL. Plus point to first: - location is close to a number of shopping places and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk from the towers. - rooms are very well designed and very clean - they provide you with everything you need in the room - amazing views from the pool - definitely 5 star Ok now the not so good bits: - The gym is poorly equipped - As the views are so nice from the pool is constantly packed almost 24/7 with people taking selfies. Not ideal for kids who want to play. But! I would stay there again!

Facilities all good, Management wise, needs to improve ”

The suite was good. Very clean cozy and comfy. I love everything about the suite. But i had a really unfortunate experience during check in. Payment has been made (auto deduct from my debit card) one day before my check in date. During check in, the receptionist asked my friend (I wasn’t there that time) to pay for the room again. So my friend had to pay (double payment) upon check in even after we informed them that the payment has been made the day before. They still insist that we haven’t pay for the room. So i had to call agoda and the bank to ask regarding the payment. Agoda & bank confirmed that the payment has been made to the merchant. The hotel told me to show them the proof (screenshot of my transaction history). When I arrived, I showed them my bank transaction history etc and the receptionist said this to me “we need to make a report to maybank and tell them to cancel the transaction and they will refund the money to your account in one month”. I was so frustrated because they took the second payment from my friend, instead of refund the money to my friend, they suggested to cancel the transaction with maybank and WAIT FOR A MONTH. After few arguments with the receptionist, then only she gave second option which to refund (cash) to my friend. Wouldn’t it be easier? Lol... Such a spoiler at first but other than that, i had an amazing experience in my suite.

Beautiful view of KL on the SkyDeck”

The FACE suites is conveniently located near KLs shopping hub - China town, Bukit bintang , Central market and Midvalley although your probably need to take the monorail to reach some of the places. Monorail Bukit Nanas I'd a 5 min walk from the place. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even got welcome drinks upon check in. The view from the skydeck was amazing! The infinity pool though was more of a selfie point rather than a functional pool. There were also too many people around. Good thing is the crowd is checked by the security guards at the point of entry to ensure that only those who are in guest can use the facilities. Gym was also available and relatively well equipped.

Way more than expected ”

There is no bad thing I can say about this place. Everything was perfect, starting from very kind and helpful staff. Specious, clean and modern suit with nice city view. The swimming pool on the 51th floor with the Petronas Towers view is really wow. They have also a Sky bar and restaurant on the top floor, with stunning views and delicious food. The Face Suites are in strict center of KL with walkable distance to the twin towers. Couldn’t imagine better.

THE FACE Suites having a very good location. Their rooms are modern and nice furnishing. The pool view are great which you can view KLCC and KL Tower from the pool side. Very recommended.

Exceptional view from the hotel!”

The Face Suites has a breathtakng view of the Petronas Twin Towers, our short stay at the hotel was truly worth it! Our room was huge and clean, we're also satisfied by the hospitality offered by the staff. I strongly recommend this hotel to tourists, it's not everyday you get to wakeup to the amazing view of KL ❤️

100% totally recommend you all to go here! The pool is just AH-MAY-ZING! It's usually crowded like MBS singapore, on 51st floor - looking at both the KLCC and Menara KL but that means it's really worth going up to swim. The room was designed differently and beautiful. They're still builing the F&B room though but when that happens, i hope their menu is as awesome! Memorable stay”

The FACE suite KL gave us an memorable experience in terms of people, cleanliness ,and good location. When we arrived at the suite, the staff are very warm in welcoming us in the hotel and they're willing to help us at all times. Also, the receptionist are very kind to let us check in earlier than the stated time. Staff performance i may say 9/10 because few of the staff are not speaking english. In terms of cleanliness, this suite is highly recommended because the facilities are quite new so it's very clean and smell of the hotel is very relaxing. I can rate it 10/10. I may say all the things you need are inside your suite already. For the location wise, it's perfect location because it's 10 mins walk to petronas tower. One that really enticed me is the infinity pool at the 51st floor, overviewing the petronas tower and KL tower. It's really 10/10 for me. Also, water are very warm during the night. Overall experience, it's highly recommended.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. Very new and clean! Room is huge since its a suite with residents serviced apartment. My room has got the view of both KLCC and KL Tower. The highlight of this hotel is its location and the sky deck wih inifity pool!

A city oasis”

The moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff were very accommodating and polite. The suite we booked was spacious with a wonderful view of KL. A must-see is the infinity pool on the top floor. The KLCC tower and KL Tower look like a touch away and as u swim to the apex of the pool, a stunning 180 view will take your breath away. If u plan to cook on your trip, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery which made it easier to cook simple breakfast and late night suppers. If I had to critique, it would be the lack toiletries. There were 4 of us in a suite and the shampoo can only be stretch to a certain extent.

Satisfied”

It was my second time I stayed in The Face Suites and I really satisfied with the room (big space and clean). Although the last time I stayed with my family, we only got 1 bathroom inside our room. Keep that good work! I will come back again for sure.
