The customer service is excellent! Welcome drink and breakfast are unforgettable. We book the room ocean view with jacuzzi. The ocean view is superb stunning, and I love the atmosphere and relaxing vibe in the cliff! Everything is clean and satisfy! Most importantly, we enjoy the private beach so much! They have free kayaking, snorkeling! I would definitely come back again!

Beach in front of hotel is private and super clean. Water is so clear and for me the most beautiful in Lipe island. Staff was friendly and helpful. They picked up from the point that speed boat dropped you. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

The view from this location is amazing. I was staying in jacuzzi room with unobstructed view of the ocean, and having myself relaxing in the jacuzzi looking at those view was a great experience. The breakfast is great as well and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Incredible Views”
I have travelled extensively within Thailand and I must say this is perhaps the best view of any room in which I have stayed. The staff were fantastic in assisting with some last minute birthday planning and at all times made us feel incredibly welcome.

Cute place”
Great little place. Is it worth the price? Yes if you can get a discount. Location is great as it has it's own little section of beach, however the location to town and the pier is really far and out of the way. The beach has very little sand space as most of it is giant rocks. I enjoyed myself thoroughly when nobody was on the beach. When others were there it was verybloud as the sound echoed. The breakfast as great. The other menu items are quite expensive. I overall recommend it as it is one of the nicer resorts on Koh Lipe.

Wonderful hotel with magnificent seaview”
We spent 3 nights in The Cliff Pipe and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the only down side is the design of the shower room. The breakfast of the hotel was great and delicious, and the best thing of this hotel is they do provide free transfer to walking street, and unlimited usage of snorkelling gears and canoe.

Amazing view but far from everywhere. Good for person who looking for quite place for relaxing. No speed boat noise, no car horn Jacuzzi view is superb Wi-fi is so so The romantic dinner set taste is average and price not worth it, you can order a la cart menu that one more nicer.

Lovely charming accommodation ”
We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are beautiful, the beach is very nice, the view is a big wow and the services is great. In the jacuzzy balcony we barely had hot water but in the pool villa we had excellent water with good pressure and very hot. Just that this hotel is just bit expensive compare to what you can afford at the exact same price elsewhere, is the same price as for example kandima maldives,... ect but again is a very nice place ^^ definitely will stay again.
