Our Stay at The Chill Suites - City Center ”

My Mum and I stayed at The Chill Suites - City Center a few times on our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. What can I say ! All the Staff are amazing, Receptionists, Security Guards, Chefs, Housekeeping they were always happy to help us, even just to have a chat or even our dietary needs for breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone the location is great it’s in District 1 close to everything. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcoming us with smiles! I booked this hotel to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This hotel was located in District 1 which is close to many attractions and a lot of restaurants. Pricing was decent and the room was beautiful. The hotel was very kind in checking us in early. Normal check in time was 2 :00 pm but we arrived in the country around 10 am. When we got to the hotel, they said they will checked us in at 11:00 am. They are amazing and I would recommend booking here!

Great location”

The hotel is in a great location in District 1 with lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. The rooms are modern. However, the bathrooms are a bit dirty and need some bleeching. If you're not used to the city noise, you might have trouble sleeping. I guess this is the case for most hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, but something to be aware of.

Stay here for 5D4N and explore Saigon places of interest, it was convenient location in District 1 and accessible to many places, many convenience stores and food places below the hotel. There was free breakfast provided and it was a decent simple meal of soup noodles & sandwich as well as other sides dishes. Staff was commendable, they were helpful when I forget my room key so they lend me another one to unlock the door, attend to our in room request promptly. Also like to feedback that one of the male counter staff, he was really helpful as he went to Tan soon nhat airport on our last day as my boyfriend left his wallet in the hotel safe box, this male staff (Think his name was Minh Tam Ta) went all the way there to return it, really honest & sincere guy, appreciate it. Will be back at The Chill suites when I return to Saigon the next time.

We feel very welcomed with their very warm hospitality.Staffs are very polite and kind and very helpful. The hotel ambiance is very clean and good. Location is perfect as it is near to some tourist destinations.I would higly recommend to travellers visiting Ho Chi Minh. We didn’t pay much but we get more than what we expected.People around the street is very kind and polite.I like it! We feel very safe!

I come to HCM for business 1 week every month and I choose the chillsuite city center for my stay. The hotel location is quite easy to find, clean rooms, friendly staff. I have been here for about 5 times and quite lazy to write reviews but there is one thing that makes me unable not to but write. I once sent laundry and left about $ 90 in a bag without my knowledge. The laundry staff checked in and sent it back to the hotel and the receptionist sent me back in surprise. I appreciate the sincerity of the staff. Thank you

A good stay”

Make sure you go to the right hotel because there are more than 1 Chill Suites (i went to the wrong hotel initially, haha). Upon arrival, the reception gave all the information i need; from the basic hotel info up to what i can do around & handed me the map with places of interest i can visit, so helpful! As for the room, it’s a basic typical hotel room. Room size is pretty small but then i like that the bathroom is actually pretty big (and it has transparent glass between the bed). They also use sustainable pump liquid soap & shampoo, and the smells are really good. A good stay in this place & the area is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

this hotel is a good one, with cheap price and good service. Staff are nice and helpful in carrying and storing my luggage, provide travel info and so on, i do appreciate. the room is clean and new. However, compare with other hotels in Ho Chi Ming city, the facility is relatively weak as there is no swimming pool.

New hotel”

Or rather, it was new when we first stayed...So we enjoyed the promotional pricing which was great value considering the location. We expected great things as we'd previously stayed at chill suites on Nguyen Trai road, and we weren't disappointed. In typical chill suites fashion, there is a coffee capsule machine in each room, and everything is as advertised. Pity the floors throughout (room included) had the powdery finish of a building that had just completed construction works and the rooms still had the aroma of recently-dried paint/freshly varnished wood. Definitely good value still.

Would have liked to extend our stay here but had to do it on th internet and ended up booking Chill Suits another hotel belonging to same group but was hard to find and not quite as large a room ,still in District 1 so same area we had to stay in. We missed the 'The ' in The Chill Suits

Pros- excellent location. City center. Our friends stayed at the other chill suites but it wasn’t as good a location Coffee and tea in room Good selection of English tv. Good wifi Great staff Great bed and pillows Cons.- 2nd chill suites we have stayed at and the fridge is just a mini bar. Does not get cold Although the hotel is new it could use a thorough cleaning Breakfast is not the high lite of your day. For the price of this hotel I would recommend it to friends

I had a good Staying on this hotel, staffs are friendly, helpful, the location in city center, convenient stores nearby. They got upgraded the big room for me which is full facility , got nice view and bathtub too.I am very appreciated and thank you for treating me well as a family member. See you again.

Good hotel and staffs”

I stayed for 3 nights from 3-6/10. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for moving. Prices are very affordable. The room is nice and clean, but the design is not suitable when there are no elevators going straight to the 10th floor, so i had to walk from the 9th floor up, which is quite inconvenient when carrying heavy luggages. However, this didn’t affect my trip much. What made me most satisfied is the attitude of the staffs, the receptionists was very attentive and welcoming, advising many fun places to eat and drink in SG, especially the male receptionist helped me a lot while I was there. Good place to stay in SG

Nice room, good location”

The room is clean and nice, the bathroom is spacious, clean and with new equipments. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to access the city center and other places

Great Motel”

We were automatically up graded with breakfast, which was simple but nice. The motel is as the name says in the city centre close to all the tourist attractions. Convenient to catch the airport bus to just a very short walk from the last bus stop. Our holiday plans changed so we extended our 3 night stay to 8. If I was to return to Ho Chi Min I would book again Oh and did I say soft bed somethings that is hard to find in Asia

We arrive at 9pm and they let us early check in without any charge. Hotel very clean, big, new and comfortable. They also provide complimentary breakfast. Simple but nice breakfast. Really a very good hotel and definetly will stay here again if come to ho chi minh next time.

Hotel with nice city view”

Super nice hotel with very good city view Staff is super nice and kind Room is clean The only problem i had: I booked a room with city view. But at first night, they gave me a room on top with direction in the streets facing other buildings, and i see nothing but buildings. This room should not be listed at city view or street view, since you cannot see anything through window Luckily staff arranged to move us to another room in other side and it has beautiful city view. Pity that we only had 1 night left to stay.
