Agoda gave a 24hours promo. we booked in a hurry, not planned stay.. got it for RM55 1. beds were comfy nice, good aircond 2. no water boilers or cups in room (water dispenser in ground floor) 3. Washroom clean n nice, no smells 4. Shower was very nice, good preassure, good heaters. ----------- 5. if u get the room below RM60. this is a Nice Room - if more than that, get other hotels. because the room space is small (if it matters to you)

As a salesman , i always stay at this hotel when i have trip to kedah or perlis because their bed very comfortable. I stay here since they open the hotel 2017 until now and their still maintain their good service for their guest. If you are a salesman you can deal the best price with their boss for your stay. However , very satisfied with their service and recommended for who have business trip.

Pros: 1. New hotel. Nice and simple in room decoration. Hotel is next to main road to the border. 2. Hassle free check in and check out. Refundable RM50 deposit is required. 3. Receptionist lady always smile and accommodate us all the time 4. Free bath gel and shampoo with comfortable two bath rooms. 5. Near to Caltex petrol pump. Inside got booth to do Thailand insurance and TM forms to enter Thailand 6. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Cons 1. No mineral water 2. No safe box

I stay here for several time already , i choose the bed hotel because they prepare very comfortable bed and it suitable for their slogan "to ensure you get the best sleeping quality" and yes i get my quality sleeping time. Last month i stay here , i saw their staff sanitize hotel area everyday. Their boss and staff also very friendly and helpfull. Strategic location , the room is big and clean. Overall we are satisfied with their service everytime we stay here. Highly recommended.

Great stay for my needs”
I was a bicycle tourer coming through on my way into Thailand and as there was no lift, I locked my bike in the lobby area - something I don't often do for security purposes. It remained safe and untouched. The hotel is not too near town though there are one or two eateries within walking distance. For my dinner I walked into town about a km away and had a decent dinner washed down with beer. The immediate area around the hotel is more Malay so beer was not available. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. The stay was comfortable and I had no issues with the accommodation at all. Parking is also plentiful if you drive. The staff were friendly and helpful, even jumping up to help me with the door as I left in the morning. They do have a water cooler/hot water dispenser downstairs and coffee and tea I believe, though I only used the water cooler to refill my water bottles. Overall a very good place indeed.

Since we dont know where to stay at changlun , we open agoda and booked this hotel base on review from their guest. But unexpected service from this hotel , hotel with average price but excellent service. 24hour receptionist that make easier for us for late check in. Their room come with tv , shampoo , body shampoo and hanger , you also can get hair dryer at reception counter if you want. Worth your money to stay here , really recommended this hotel and will come again for my pitstop.

Great and nice”
I've booked for 2 rooms no window, but got both rooms with window. And during checked in, its owner so nice by changing both rooms to be next to each other (i didnt request it). The space of the room was great, the building is new and parking is not a problem. Also can check out late with min price. Recommended hotel when you come to Changlun or nearby site like Kuala Perlis or Padang Besar ;)
