Cheaper Hotel”

Went several times at this hotel and haven't encounter any problems. Staff are very accommodating. The hotel price is cheaper to its good service. Accessible for any transportation. Gaisano and Jollibee just a few walks. Near to Church and schools. Want to stay here everytime i went to Cebu as well as on my future trips.

You get what you pay for”

My partner and me stayed at The Ancestors during the busy Sinulog period. The room was clean and spacious, however, not soundproof. Inn the evening we could hear the telly from the neighbour's room as well as the street noise. We transferred to a family room the following day as friends were arriving. The suite was just next to reception. All of us were woken up at 6am the following morning by the staff in reception taking selfies with loud laughter and chit-chatting. Not even a single apology when I went out to make them aware of us sleeping next door.

The staffs are very kind. The location is also good. I can go to the airport by taxi less than 30min and SM by jeepney soon. There are also supermarket and conviniencestore near the hotel. Outside is a bit noisy even at night,but I'd like to stay in this hotel again.

Was close to Mall and places to eat Jolliebee was open at 2 in morning and 5 minute walk away. Security guard was friendly and helpful

Only 4 minutes walk from church, mall, Jollibee, Town Hall, etc. No lift, but everything else excellent.

Parking for only one car , streets around the hotel are very noisy; OK for a night if you don't have a car.Breakfast was good though .

I thought agoda.com has seen the place but looks agodas presenting the ancestors too good but not worthy the price , safety and convenience of the customers.

This is not a neighbourhood suited for travellers unless you want to get jacked. And that is according to locals. Armed security at every store including the bakery—let that sink in for a moment. The room was noisy, there was no view, etc.

THE PROPERTY WAS WAS CLOSED WHEN I ARRIVED AROUND 2:30AM DECEMBER 23,2021 . I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM AGODA AND ANYONE WORKING IN ANCESTORS PENSION AND I WENT BACK AT THEIR PROPERTY YESTERDAY BUT STILL THERE WAS NO STAFFS AVAILABLE, THE PROPERTY IS STILL CLOSED AND I WAS GIVEN BY THE SECURITY GUARD A CALLING CARD. I TRIED CALLING ALL THE NUMBERS LISTED ON THE CALLING CARD BUT ALL THE NUMBERS ARE NOT CONTACTABLE. I EVEN SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS INCLUDING AGODA BUT NOBODY RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS!.

On etait en passage à cebu pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Suffisamment pour une nuit mais sans plus. Trop bruyant si la chambre donne sur la rue. Accueil inexistant. L'eau chaude.
