our trip started with a drama, our reservation not in the hotel system, which agoda solved in minutes (well done agoda). Friendly F.O. staff (Mr.Kusnadi), who tried the best as he could to make us comfortable (regarding our booking not in the system = well done acacia). Hotel is nice and clean (swimming pool and room), spacious twin deluxe room on second floor, also we've tried the ping pong table next to swimming pool and the pool table (billyard), beach available at the rear side of hotel, with brown sand (not white). Standard menu for breakfast (fried rice/noddle/egg), room service order was fast and yummy. this hotel/resort is a must try if you are in anyer.

Nice location but over price rate”
Nice, offered me to upgrade my rooms (my fam and my parent) from junior suite to executive. It was my second time stay in acacia anyer. There's private beach, not too clean and not too beautiful but not bad. Nice environment, but the staff had a delay bath room n bed settings (no towel, no slippers, when we arrived). Over price hotel, better to booked from agoda than direct to hotel. The taste of foods are average. My kiddos love to swim at hotel's pool. Room is awesome!

Nice, no hassle. not like the other 2 hotels we booked (Johor Bahru and Mambruk Anyer). although the breakfast is not in buffet, it was served in a friendly manner and portions were quite big.

Comfortable stay for a nite”
My stay at Acacia Hotel was nice. I came with my family (with 3 boys) and they're happy. Something they have to do better is about breakfast. There is no enough variation of food at breakfast.

it was a good stay at the acacia hotel anyer. we had 2 rooms for 4 peoples. the rooms are clean & comfy. i like the ocean view, especially on sunrise & sunset. unfortunately, we cannot swim at the beach, too bad.:(.

The hotel is good for family or couples who would like to search quiet environment in Anyer. Contrary with other hotels that equipped with facilities for beach activities, this hotel has not much to offer aside for pool, which for those who would like to avoid the crowd is a better option.

Nice Hotel near the sea”
My children are very happy, they can swim in the hotel pool as long as they want, or they can play sand at the beach. The hotel crew are very nice and helpfull. We can walk along the beach and play until the sunset. The room is large and cozy.

It is great hotel with many large rooms also for big family they have the particular size. Spot on for families with children. They have ping pong table, volley ball court, billiard pool and swimming pool ... and also very near to the ocean ...

Dengan Beberapa Catatan !!!”
2013 saya pernah menginap di hotel ini dengan penilaian 5 bintang, tgl 25 agustus 2018 saya kembali ke hotel ini, mendapat kamar nomor 22.. ..dengan bbrp catatan : 1. Disebelah wastafel terdapat lemari yg sudah lapuk dan ditumbuhin jamur payung / tiram sepanjang kurang lebih 3- 5 cm. 2. Jendela kamar bolong sekitar 3 x 3 cm dan membuat nyamuk masuk 3. Kamar dekat dengan pompa, sehingga berisik. 4. Kamar mandi tidak ada ventilasi (wlw ada jendela, jendela tdk bisa dibuka dan sudah lapuk), membuat udara sangat lembab. Terlepas dari itu, hotel ini memiliki akses ke pantai dan kolam renang yg bersih..

My children are enjoying the pool and the beach, They have private beach, we can also see the fisherman activities with beautiful landscape. We got big room but it's quite dark. I like the Architecture of this hotel it's unique and homy, but for the breakfast, too standard for 4 star hotel.

Modern urban hotel with nice room ”
If u dont like the bungalow type of room, this is definitely the choice for urban family people to stay. Though it is a beach hotel, it is very comfortable for family with young kids. The hotel has good wifi connection, nice location, nice design and private beach at the back.

Nice resort on a not so nice beach”
This is a hard place to review. There were a lot of pros and cons to being here. The pool is nice, the beach is not. The staff are friendly, if you can locate them. Website for hotel not working. No response to emails sent before arrival. Called a few times and the phone rang and rang. Room is comfortable but if you look closely, it could stand a good cleaning. The place advertises beer but it's hard to come by. And if it does come by, it's warm, served with ice. Directly out back of the resort is a sign that says, DO NOT SWIM. DANGEROUS. Not exactly what one hopes to see upon arriving at a 'beach' resort.

overall i enjoyed my stay in the hotel. the room, swimming pool, services, cleanliness are very great. the only thing that i would suggest is the breakfast. the choice of breakfast only has few of it. and it is not enough for all guests.

Very clean and tidy hotel, well maintained by good staff. Great location on the beach with excellent views. Breakfast a la carte a little basic, but overall great value and we had a good time.

Quiet place on the beach”
The overall stay was nice and fun. The kids definitely had splendid times playing on the beach, building sand castle, playing in the waves, collecting sea shells and swimming in the pool. The room we had was also nice it was big enough for us and the kids also have enough space to play inside. The service of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, it was not so with the breakfast. The buffet was ready on 09:30, and my kids was starving by then, lucky I brought some snack for them to eat while waiting. The choice of the food was also standard, nothing special here. And to my understanding the hotel doesn't serve food other than breakfast. So we have to go out for lunch and dinner. But like I said before the overall stay was good and my husband and kids are already talking about going back there in the future.

THe hotel is not clean as a photo, i got a bad AC with a water drop. but the officer suggest us to move to another room (thank you) the furnish looks old and i think had bad maintenance I'm sorry for bad review from me.. I hope the hotel can give better service in the next time
