Great room / location / breakfast included”
Very nice hotel and not so far from ancient city. Only one comment, the towels were smelling like smoke. We asked for changes 2 times, still they were not useable towel. However, they do have great breakfast, pool, and very big room. The staffs were helpful as well.

To be improved ”
I booked a room with bath tub and I was given a room without bath tub. The staff seems like not so friendly, no dare to ask for changes since initially they gave us a room with twins bed but we booked a superior king size room and we have already requested to change once. The staff was like impatient. The hotel is undergoing renovation, it’s quite dusty all the way. Lift also cannot use need to use the staircase. They even ask us to pay in cash for the hotel but I showed them that I have already paid in agoda. Overall experience is 2.5 out of 5.

Disappointed - Treated Badly”
not one for commenting but when treated badly you must. Firstly hotel was under construction, therefore work started from 8 - 4 therefore couldn't sleep in. Shower would leaked the entrie bathroom Breakfast had very limited choice. Internet in my room didn't work Power cut for 6 hours during sleep. Man on reception very rude. I explained I would like to pay by card and he got very irate about it. I said to him (as previously booked via agoda) that he should of informed me that I couldn't pay by card. this was an inconconvience for me as I had to go draw cash out when I didn't need or want to and his response was aggressive and non-apologetic saying what do I expect him to do! he doesn't reflect the entire staff as most were pleasant but as front of house he should set an example. I am very annoyed I spent my money with thos hotel and they way I was treated.

Từ khách sạn di chuyển ra phố cổ Hội An chỉ cần đi bộ 5-7 phút là đến, khách sạn sạch sẽ. Chắc do dịch vắng người nên không phục vụ buffet sáng.
