We booked a family room via Agoda. Managed to book at a price lower than the price @ offered at Raia Hotel's web. The room is relatively large and could accommodate four of us comfortably. The price inclusive of basic breakfast. If that's not enough, click on your food panda apps. There are hundreds of sellers to choose from around bayan lepas town 😊 There are also two ATM machines made available @ the lobby. Relatively good for a 3 star hotel.

Hotel room was clean, big and nice. strategic location not very far from bayan lepas airport. maybe a bit lacking on facilities. room telephone was not working, iron room only 1 per level, and not many choice for breakfast. but hey, you get what you paid for.

Calm in the Orient”
A work trip to Penang at Bayan Lepas area requires me to book this hotel rather than the usual hotels in Georgetown area. The hotel is located near residential area, and usually used for the Haj pilgrims in the Haj season. Driving down from Kuala Lumpur, it is easily accessible through the Second Penang bridge. Check-in was fast, and the room was spacious. It has the usual hotel amenities, but do not expect too much. It has complimentary high speed wi-fi and the staffs are friendly. You also have a bank and a few ATMs located in the hotel vicinity - as its just beside the Tabung Haji office. As it is located in residential area, it is quiet so if you value that, its a plus. On another hand, transportation is a necessity as its a bit out of the way, but taxi is just a call away. The infamous Penang food - be it Malay,Chinese or Indian face - is just a short drive away. Its also a short distance away from the Penang International Airport - a plus point if you need to catch an early flight :)

Our stay at TH Hotel, Bayan Lepas, Penang was comfortable but a few things could be improved for the suite on the 5th floor. The water heater and water pressure were irregular, i.e., sometimes the water's hot and suddenly cold water pours down. The water pressure resulted in a trickling of the shower.

The hotel is actually a facility to conduct Hajj pilgrimage, especially during the season. Anyway, I came here because the hotel is the nearest to Bayan Lepas, Penang airport. At late evening, there are Jualan Khemah and Food Truckers. There are also ATM machines.

Nice Location with Spacious Rooms”
Very nice hotel. I would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Penang. Suitable for business and holiday travellers. The location is in Bayan Lepas town where they have a night market every Sunday, within walking distance. Very close to the airport and several Nasi Kandar restaurants. Parking is ample. Located outside of Georgetown, hence, no traffic jams. Can use the Second Bridge, via Batu Maung.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable stay”
Pros: The hotel is easy to find, near to Bayan Lepas airport. The staff is nice, room is very spacious and comfortable. Cons: The furniture is too old. Need to be changed. The door is using the key to open. Like the other hotel, only access card is required. Water pressure in the sink and shower is very low pressured. Hotel management need to do something about this.

Everything was GREAT! ”
According to other reviews that i have read, some having a good time and some are not. But, Alhamdulillah for me and family having a pleasant stay. We stay at Junior Suite which is super huge for us, the view was great, toilet was clean, air-con was great, we received 2 extra bed, and everything was good. Some People don't like it, but I must say it's great to stay. close to Airport(Walking Distance 10 min). Bus 302 you can take outside the hotel to Komtar directly. friendly staff, fast check-in and check out. I don't know why just few people stay. May be muslin stile is not suitable for western people? Slippers are available in this hotel but not supplied by other hotels I have booked in Penang and KL.

Actually, when I booked, I really don't know what's the TH..When I arrived, I just know TH is stand for Tabung Haji, I really surprised but My family and friend said that TH hotel is very nice, large & comfortable.If next time we come to Penang, we also will book again for this hotel..Thanks a lot for many services.. Good Sleep with a good price”
Arrived to the hotel quite late. Check in was fast. The room was spacious and with the price it is really worth it. We did not take breakfast so cannot comment on the food. The security was good. Parking space is ample. Air conditioning is good. Toilet is spacious with shower. Overall i was satisfied with my stay here as it is really value for money. I certainly will come here again if i'm travelling to penang in the future. P.S ATM is at the hotel front door and there is wifi as well.

We are staying here for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is good but with limited variety of choices. The staff will serve your food instead of self service due to the Covid-19. There is temperature check before entering dining area and safety measures are properly taken care. However, the only thing a bit disappointing is the housekeeping service. The staff was friendly but the cleaning was not done throughly. I hope they will pay more attention to this. The TV is from old model but working okay. The sofa is old and not cushiony anymore. Maybe its time for a little bit of renovation. Other than that, I love the stay there. Infact, I always stay there whenever in Penang. Love the surrounding, ample parking space, nearby food stall, restaurant and airport. Would totally recommend the hotel.

Budget class Hotel”
Check in was handled well. Room was of reasonable size. Had lunch at the Coffee House. Limited choice of food on menu. Food was average. Service average. Water pressure was pretty good. Would have like a simple shower curtain at the Bathroom. Main selling point was its close proximity to Penang International Airport. As I had an early flight from Penang International Airport, the Hotel's location was its main selling point for me. I would definitely stay in the same Hotel again if I found myself in the same situation of flying off via Penang in future. I do not think it should call itself a "3 Star" Hotel in terms of the facility offered by them. It would be better if they market themselves as a Hotel within close proximity of an International Airport. I think TH Hotel Penang would do even better if Penang has more international connecting flights.

typical standard hotel”
we stayed there for one night since our flight was early in the morning. We requested for a wake up call at 7am. Suddenly our phone rings in the middle of the night and its actually the receptionist who mistakes our room with another patron who requested for a pipe leakage and this happens twice for the next five minutes. At first, we thought it was a wake up call and when we check the time, it was 1am! For surely, we can sleep comfortably due to the mistaken call. The mgmt should take note on this. Overall the hotel was good because it is closer to the airport. they also provide shuttle van to go there which makes us convenient. The hotel is very islamic and it provides sejadah and quran for patrons wish to do their prayers. There's also TH bank and atm machines for customers benefit. May consider staying there again in the future.

Very near the airport”
I was looking for a place close to Penang International Airport and this property was quite near. I found nothing exceptional about the TH Hotel, but nothing to complain about either. The breakfast buffet was good. The WiFi was spotty and didn’t stay connected in my room. I had to go sit in the hotel lobby to FaceTime with my family back home. Ample free parking so I was able to keep my rental until I headed to the airport for my flight.

Cheap, big and spacious room”
It was a very big room which i prefer so much. We got ourselves a junior suite. The cleanliness of the toilet was not so good. The food not much choices but still nice and ok. The location is quite far from town but we get to see the other side of penang which is more greener.. Loving everday in penang.
