Newly built, good for 1 night sleep”

The hotel is on a major street of Vinh City, which is easy to find. My room is bigger than I would expect for the price paid. However my window looks strait into the neighbor's empty wall, not a huge dealbreaker if you only spend 1 night there. All other facilities are in good condition.

Good Value, Clean Hotel”

Stayed 2 nights in a “superior twin” room. The room was modern and clean with a fridge and kettle (but bring your own tea and cup) and a nice view of the city. There was no safe box, but valuables can be stored in the safe at reception. Bath was a wet room, very small but clean. Wifi could definitely have been better. All staff were professional and kind. The included breakfast was ok for a free bite, but overall uninspiring. The egg station was good though. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was ok but they were out of my first 2 choices (out of pho?). I think the restaurant is used mostly for breakfast and lunch. Hotel is located on a major street, but surprisingly there are very few restaurants within walking distance. Just a few small noodle shops. Better if you have a car. In summary a good value hotel with excellent staff and clean rooms.

The staff and management of the hotel were exceptionally helpful and provided an enormous support during a very difficult time. Well located, very comfortable hotel with good dining facilities

The worst sleep we’ve had traveling for 1 month”

Pros: the rooms look clean, parking was easy and convenient, the location is good if you’re just passing through Vinh. Cons: the room we originally had smelled really bad (from mold or mildew). We were given a different room, but it also had the same smell - although a little better. The reason the room/hotel was terrible was because a loud and sharp beeping alarm started going off every 1 minute at about 3 am on our floor. From 3 to 5am I called the reception 5-6 times to fix the issue. I’m not sure if they forgot, didn’t care, or just didn’t want to deal with it. We didn’t sleep. Eventually they stopped picking up my calls and we gave up. About 6:30 it turned off, but then housekeeping started making a ton of noise in the hallways and any chance of sleep was gone. The breakfast was buffet style although the food was bland and disappointing. We tried the restaurant for dinner also and the food was disappointing. Definitely not the relaxing/restful experience we needed.

A pleasant hotel, 15 minutes walk to the Railway Station. Good clean room, excellent buffet breakfast. Stayed one night, would stay here again.

It's okay, but...”

... some really loud guests with children you could hear all evening long on the hallway. Even worse: our door didn't lock correctly. Even though we used the key to lock it one could always enter it. They sent a mechanic who couldn't really fix it and we were kind of trapped in our own apartment after a long motorbike ride when all we wanted was to have dinner. After an hour they offered us a different room -- no double bed, just to single beds. Also no refund or anything for the inconvenience, could've at least offered a free dinner since it was their fault we couldn't grab anything to eat.

Value for money, large outdoor coffee/relaxing seating area. Big shiny restaurant with a good choice of cheap food. Looks very clean but we had a large area of flaking paint & mould in our room where the wall was damp from the shower not draining away properly. 2 large king beds, free water & a fridge in the room with decent air con.

Our stay at Tecco wasn’t great for a few reasons. There were only two issues with the room, mainly that it really stank of cigarettes and there were long black hairs all over the bed (definitely not ours!) It also seems to be a bit of a party hostel as there was an extremely loud party going on late into the night with singing and loud music. Also none of the breakfast buffet was covered so it attracted lots of flies! The staff were helpful when we had enquires!

The laundry is more expensive than the room ”

The rooms are small but ok, the price is decent but don't use the laundry. It is 5x more expensive than similar hotels in the area.

Everything is nice but cafeteria area was hot, drink was not very good though it has very nice decor

Ordered a Tuna Salad from the menu. Was told 5 mins later that it was not available. Ordered a Sprite and a Tiger beer, again, both not available. Meal was poor

You ll be forced to hear every single step/ conversation of people outside, even shouting of staffs.
