I highly recommend Tanyahouse because of it's central location and price/quality ratio - breakfast included. Owners were very helpful, arranged us sime private transfers, solved us the problem of the lost room key, etc.

Friendly owner, located in the center of Chiang Rai, really close to the Night Bazaar. Concerning the room, it should really be refreshed (paint, AC, or bathroom), but it's maybe planed. In any case, it was very cheap so it worth it.

Value for Money, Easy access to Bus Station”

The homestay hotel is 10 min (300m) from ChiangRai old terminal which makes it a convenient place to stay upon reaching ChingRai. Walking to night market and also nearby attraction is easily accessible. Room condition is OK for the price paid with air-conditioned. Hotel is located at a street behind the shoprow (7-11, Tesco Lotus).

Is one street away from bus station/ night market. Nice communal area, tea coffee and bananas for breakfast. Price was great, room clean and spacious. Had a fan room in April but it cooled down enough to sleep. All you hear in morning is birds chirping. Super quiet location

Ok, cheap, low-key”

For only 250 baht, it is a decent room. The bathroom was very cramped and a little bit dirty. Also, the neighbor's water pump outside the window kept turning on and off at all hours of the nights. Good thing I always travel with earplugs for this exact situation. I was happy that the water was provided in reusable glass bottles instead of plastic. All in all, I feel like I got my money's worth.

A very nice place to stay a few days. Its lovely made up with lots of plants and birds. The staff is amazing! I would like to have a boss like Tom, the owner. Also the breakfast is really good! Lots of fruit and Pizza and coffee till you cant eat and drink anymore.. The location is good as well. Close to nightmarket, Restaurant and Bus Station. I enjoyed it there!

Room was ok, no toilet paper in the room. The girl who replace the guy for 2 days didn't speack english and was not able to fix wifi. They were very polite thought.

Except for the good location, I have nothing pleasant to share . The furniture in the bedroom looks like picked up from junk yard. While bathing I saw a cockroach and managed to kill it with the hot shower. My husband killed a lizard in the bedroom too. Is not convenient to get hot water as no kettle in the room . Staff left 5 slices of bread and jam with some fruits at the non Aircon dining area. Remember to bring your own toiletries and not forgetting insect repellent.

ツインの予約だったのですが、手違いなのか大きいベットの部屋となりました。 スタッフの対応はとても好印象です。 ただベッドのスプリングが古すぎて、凄くうるさいです。 買い替え時をとっくに過ぎたマットです。 相方の寝返りでお互いに起こされてました。

ぶらぶら歩きまわるには良い場所だと思います。泊まった部屋は綺麗とは言えないけど安いのでこんなものかと思います。お湯が出るんで特に不自由は有りません。コーヒーは飲み放題でした。
