important thing to know about jeeva beloam is at remote area, bad road, no signal, and no electricity on scheduled time me and my husband already know and prepare ourself for this, but what we get is beyond expectation the hotel itself only have 11 room and since they know we're on honeymoon, they gave us room no 11 which have the best view for sunrise. very toughtful staff and we feel pampered there. always set up our room everyday with flower and decoration for the honeymooners. they have several activities too, so dont get yourself bored. we only go for trekking and snorkling at the pink beach. go to segui beach for sunset speaking of the meals there, because its in remote area, so the room rate are all inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner. and the food was awesome for breakfast (although same everyday) lunch and dinner are very good. always get different menu every day dan the quality of the food is always the same. always really good we only book for 2 nights there and already feel missing that place. will come back again for sure thank you Mr. Haikal and the team :)

We enjoyed our stay at Ekas Breaks. Our family suite comfortably accommodated two adults and two teenagers. The grounds were immaculate and really nice to spend time in the huts overlooking the gardens - very tranquil and peaceful! The rooms are nice (open air style bathroom is a great novelty) and the staff were fantastic. The only negative is that there was no bar fridge in the room (although they did provide ice at the restaurant). Access to Wi-Fi was okay (not superfast and dropped out a bit) but acceptable for a remote destination. No TV was not an issue at all. The purpose of our trip was for my husband and daughter to surf - they enjoyed a few boat trips (organised by the resort) to Ekas Breaks. Cost is USD$10 per person (whether you are surfing or a spectator) and the boat stays out as long as you like. Family enjoyed surfing at inside Ekas and found it to have a nice wave while we were there. Checked out outside Ekas but it was a bit messy on the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed sunset drinks on the beach arranged by Heru, the Manager. Staff were able to speak reasonable English (some had great English) and they really took good care of you and offered excellent customer service. The staff seemed to go out of their way to assist with anything needed to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Heru was very attentive and the airport transfer driver was very informative and educated us by sharing information on the local customs and area. Airport transfers arranged by the resort were reliable and comfortable for the 1.5 hour journey from the airport. The food was reasonable at the resort restaurant but we found it difficult to pay cash for drinks (we prefer to pay cash as we go) as they have very limited change and often could not provide adequate change so we had to charge all to our room and pay by credit card at the end of our stay (which was subject to a credit card surcharge). If you entered the address on google maps, it would show that this property is located on the beach but NO, it was pretty far off the beach and the roads to this property is horrendous, not to mention NO WIFI and reception around the vicinity, we got lost finding our way back to the property after dinner and it was very very disappointing, couldn't make any calls because no reception so we had to book another hotel and spend more money.
