Exceptional”
This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. If you are staying in Ninh Binh you would be crazy to stay anywhere else. Hotel and facilities were beautiful. Staff went above and beyond with any request and made us feel like family. Ly Lan the front of house manager is an amazing woman and no one at any of the other 10 hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam has even come close to providing the service she does. The hotel manager was a fantastic guy too, so friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor when in Vietnam and stay with these guys, guaranteed not to regret your choice. And words can't really describe how good they really were. It's 4 star but is better than any 5 star we stayed in all over Vietnam. They really need another star and a lot need 1 or 2 removed

Awesome staff, great service”
I stayed two nights here and had a great time. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I'm a vegetarian and cyclist and the staff were very helpful with meeting my dietary requests and with getting me a mountain bike to use during my stay. I'll be back to stay again for sure!

Very nice hotel - recommended!”
This a fairly new hotel set at a lake with water lilies, surrounded by the famous mountains of Tam Coc. The view from the balcony is stunning, if you are lucky you can see some boats with women paddling with their feet. The staff is very nice and helpful in any way. I had some problems with my room, so the manager upgraded me for free to a suite (hotel was not overcrowded..) How nice! You can rent motorbikes and for free get bicycles. They are not in best shape. I highly recommend a boat tour from Tran An, which is just a few km away. It was recommended by the staff to take this boat tour rather than the shorter tour from Tam Coc - so true! Thanks!

Beautiful hotel but... ”
This most be one of the most beautiful hotels in Tam Coc. I paid extra for the lake view, I think it was worth it. The room was big and clean. However, the bed was very hard, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, they can arrange transport and tours for you. The girls working in the restaurant are also superfriendly, but they don't speak a lot of English and it is hard to communicate. They seemed to work a lot of hours though. I don't know if I can recommend the restaurant... It reminded me of Fawlty Towers: wrong food being brought to the table 3 times, dropping cutlery, long waiting time, the food doesn't correspond to what is mentioned on the menu... Breakfast gets a little boring after 3 days, not so many Western options, nothing sweet. The swimming pool is wonderful, however there is a construction going on right next to it, very hard to relax! But all in all I was happy with my stay, away from the busy center.

Impressive ! Clean and friendly”
all facilities are a little bit older than picture. however, service is same with 5star hotel. Hotel is in the peaceful and beautiful place. I borrowed the bicyle and used it for going to the near restaurant and Tam Coc, Trang an etc. and SPA and Massage service also perfect in the evening Strongly recommand!

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness, food are very good. Spa is below average. Thung Nham bird park and Tam Coc are must see places. Lake view room offers peaceful and lovely scene as well as fresh breeze from the water.

Excellent rooms, mediocre food”
The rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is oddly not as good, and actually quite bad compared with the rooms. Very large menu, but compared to other restaurants nearby, not very good. I highly suggest taking one of the free bikes and going to a place in town (10 min) to eat.

Satisfactory stay”
Though arriving late Saturday, we were fortunate to be upgraded to deluxe room with balcony. Room is very new and clean, breakfast has variety. Location is far from restaurants, yet surrounded by mountains and lakes. Staff is friendly. We’ll consider staying here again.

A gem but needs facilities improvement”
We had a great time. Very near to tam coc boat ride. The view was fantastic. The 2 ladies from the receptionist are very nice. The buffet breakfast is just ok and they have a complete variety. The restau food was tasty and many options too but the waiters/kitchen/chefs for me are not hygienic enough. Like they are wearing slippers, no mask, no gloves, etc. Our room which is the lake lotus suite was nice, the bed is comfy and clean. My husband asked them for a surprise setup for me and they delivered it properly. The shower and toilet was nice but the water coming out from the bath tub is a bit stinky. The pool and kids area needs improvement though i understand maybe because of the previous lockdown and the pandemic. Overall we ha d a great time and i recommend this resort.

Good views”
For a boutique hotel, they have done a nice job creating a charming attractive environment. We stayed a few days to explore the surrounding caves and attractions. It is outside of town which offered a quiet tranquil location. we were disappointed with the food. The staff is not trained well enough to offer a dining experience we would recommend. Breakfast was included but is might have been better to get the room only and get food in town for the price. Other than the food, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is 3 km from Tam Coc, in a quiet village, so the location is a quiet alternative to loud Tam Coc town. However, it can be hard to get a taxi in the village, so the resort is better if you have a car, motorcycle or enjoy go for long bicycle rides. There is no breakfast buffet on days when there are few guests (often midweek), so for breakfast you get served fried eggs and pho.

The place is not bad... bad but is far from good. I think I had higher expectations for a place with the price and information shared on the hotel page In general, staff that speaks English is almost non-existent, breakfast is poor at best, rooms could be way better, personally, I won't stay again. I simply see no reason Ohh and they don't even know how to open a bottle of wine!, that was surprising! Ohh and the TVs are outdated... don't even have Netflix! omg... just wanted to watch last episode of Strander Things XD

Montagne Resort and Spa ”
We booked 4 nights at the resort. First when we arrived they gave us our money back for the breakfast (19 - 23 Jan) We do understand the reason why - because of TET. We were 100% oky with that. But nobody told us that they are not going to clean our room, OR provide us with toilet paper, coffee, no daily drinking bottle water, no dry towels (in the middle of the winter) We are the only 2 people on this massive resort, and no express check inn. There is no beauty saloon, empty swimming pool, no massage saloon. The photos on the web is out dated. The garden is not maintained. So if you are stuck here with no food, and snacks you have to drive into town that is about 2km away. Nobody at the front desk as well. The only plus point is the friendly, smiling security guard at the gate.

Nous avons été accueillis par Lan qui parle un excellent français! Lan a multiplié les petites attentions pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La piscine avec vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnelle, très pratique avec un enfant puisque qu'un bassin leur est réservé. On trouve à côté de la piscine une petite salle de jeux. Le cadre est très reposant. L'emplacement est idéal puisqu'on peut se rendre à pied à la pagode de jade et rejoindre le centre animé de Tam coc en quelques minutes à vélo. Un grand merci à Lan!

Urlaub wie bei guten Bekannten”
Die Anlage ist wunderbar landestypische, in einer sensationellen Umgebung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Trubels, was wir sehr angenehm fanden und mit Abseits sind nur 8 Minuten mit dem Auto gemeint. Der absolute Vorteil ist aber die hervorragende deutsche Hotelleitung. Bis jetzt it weitem Abstand der beste, kompetenteste und freundlichste Service in Vietnam. Anna kümmert sich höchst professionell um alle Anfragen und ohne Ihre Empfehlungen hätte wir sehr sicher deutlich weniger von Land und Leuten und auch der Kultur des Landes erfahren. DANKE ANNA für die tolle Zeit, die wir auch dank Dir in Tam Coc hatten!

Fijn resort buiten Tam Coc”
Prima kamer en badkamer, super schoon en fijn bed. Mooi zwembad aan de rivier. Nadeel is dat het buiten Tam Coc ligt. Op een (gratis te gebruiken) fiets ben je er in 20 minuutjes. Ontbijt prima, avondeten veel te duur in vergelijking met de restaurants in Tam Coc
